At first I thought that every jonin is like OMGWTFSTRONg as we have been told but then.. after seeing so many strong opponents (mostly akatsuki) I just couldnt call an average jonin strong ;/// lik lol!

Well, he managed to kill a lot of high level ppl in the Bingo Book... so he's a JOUNIN, if not a Tokubetsu Jounin.

Basically he would be probably between Tokubetsu Jounin or Regular Jounin as already stated. Though perhaps with his prior experience as Anbu and skill as a shinobi, he would be put as a regular Jounin.
