Team Seven is back. What's that mean? Some of the first new characters in part two are officially... well... less then they already were.

We haven't seen Yamato since he was stuck in the bag ass... Zetsu... spawner... thing. Sai hasn't had any attention since the debacle with Shin and now Sasuke is an acting part of Team Seven. With Hashirama there for all our carpeting needs, Yamato no longer holds any significance.

I want to see them back in the spotlight. Well particularly Yamato. It would be epic amongst all the big shots here that there is another wood-element user which would surprise hashirama heaps XD

Well, they were never really true members of Team 7 anyway. Just substitutes for Kakashi and Sasuke.

They could have easily replaced members in other teams if required.
