Yes, he'll make a good addition to Team Guy. I like Team 7 but not as much as Team Asuma or Team Guy. He would make a nice addition as he was being friendly with Rock Lee. Hey, Sai-Tenten may become canon one day! But no, Sai won't replace Neji. Neji can't be replaced. Sai will simply be the Fifth Member of Team Guy.
