i want rock lee to learn some flippin ninjutsu(meaning elemental) and sai could use some attacks not make of ink...

dont like the idea of sai being a uchiha but
if lee learned how to use something like a bow staff it would be awesome

I understand where you're coming from with Sai, but if he became an Uchiha it would add a pretty lame plot twist to the story.
I really like Lee and his taijutsu he kicks some major butt, but yea maybe if he follows Gai and masters the nun-chucks(if he hasn't already) then that would be cool too.

well i like them both how they are now to be honest but i mean we did see sai have a realy powerup defeating deidara and sasori

I'm actually thinking that too, mostly because we have seen Gai fight and his top level techniques so watching Lee it would be the same as watching Gai basically. But yea although it won't happen, it would be cool if Lee could learn some ninjutsu, one that he works hours on end to create himself. We know he definitely has the willpower and determination to do so, he just lacks the ability though. Oh well.

yeah i agree if Sai had some non-ink ninjutsu (perhaps those sealing techs that kakashi mentioned) it would be cool. but an uchiha? the storylines are fangled enough as is it without that craziness!
if lee studied with the samurai and learnt chakra flow that would be cool. lee + sword = much less sh*t. it's unlikely but not impossible, after all he cn walk on water and on the ceiling so he must have _some_ chakra control...

I'm not saying Sai is,but everyone that we know that was in anbu had something special about them,Itachi,Kakashi,Yamato.With Danzo having such a hard on for the uchiha clan I could see this be possible.Plus i found this which is interesting.

A matsuri is a festival. During the summer just about every city, town, and village has some form of matsuri where they have lots of fun. They usually have floats, souvenirs, food, and games. The kanji for matsuri is 祭 and the another reading (pronunciation) for this kanji is sai. Example, a religious festival is called sairei, using the kanji of 祭礼.
Of course, there are many kanji (100+) that just happen to have the reading of sai and it isn't totally out of question Sai's name has no meaning at all. However, there is a reason why this kanji is more likely to the origin of Sai's name than any other kanji with the sai reading.
Uchiwa Matsuri (information)
The Uchiwa Matsuri - fan festival - is a matsuri celebrated in a small city of Kumagaya at the end of July. In the late 19th century, shops would hand out free fans - uchiwa - to all passerbys and customers around the third weekend of July. The matsuri itself started from this event.
By now, most people know that the Uchiha's name is based on the uchiwa and it also serves as their clan symbol. So when you take the sai reading of 祭 then Uchiwa Matsuri becomes Uchiha Sai!!!
This could be a fantastic coincidence or it could be a simple yet elegant hint from Kishimoto about Sai's true origin. The manga has already made repeated references to Sai's resemblance to Sasuke, so it does make it very interesting.
To be safe, I checked with a resident translator to make sure my interpretation was currect. Thanks goes to Sho for confirming it!
