so yea

but where does it say that frogs invented it and not rikkudou sennin? he is called sage and so far most sages are in senjutsu "SAGE" mode. he cud have passed it 2 the frogs. i think he had sage mode or an exclusive mode tht fuses ninjutsu,senjutsu, and 10 tailed juubi chakra in perfect balance.

Ya I think there is a difference from being a "Sage" then knowing sage mode or sage justu.
Like being a sage in the context of rikudo can mean that he has great wisdom which means he knows a lot of justus.
