Sage of Six Path's sons

Not much is known about the sons of the Sage of Six Paths, and hopefully we will find out more in the future, but I have two questions. Do you guys think they were twins? I know they are distinguished as older and younger, but twins can also be older and younger than each other. Second question: do you think they created biologically or through Creation of All Things?

CoaT probably created them. The bijuu were said to be some of multiple things created with it, and their physiology is basically split into Yin and Yang, with separate powers of the Juubi given to each. That doesn't happen naturally.

No, they were not twins. There is a stark distinction between Elder and Younger, and the scarce difference there is from twins being born minutes apart. And they were almost certainly created via Banbatsu Sozo, and not biologically. The allocation of their abilities, split evenly into Yin and Yang, and there relation to the Juubi is way too common and uncanny for it to be of a biological conception.​

physical energies isn't yang chakra it's the basis of yang chakra and spiritual energies is the basis of yin chakra
the older only inherited the spiritual energies, he had to have his own physical energies to have chakra,it's just that having the sage's spiritual energies but his own physical energies is what made his chakra yin

I think that's perfectly possible. For the Yin Yang thing, it's quite possible one specialized in Yin Release, and the other in Yang. It's been shown that genes play a part in Nature Releases in the form of Kekkei Genkai that utilize elements, like Mokuton or Yuuton. It's possible that one son got more of the trait for Yin than the trait for Yang, and vice versa for the other son. Their ancestors would then receive less than they did of the recessive trait they had, while continuing to specialize in the dominant trait, which results in the split we see of Uchiha and Senju with one embodying Yin and the other embodying Yang.

Okay, so there's that whole theory that the Elder Toad who could do foresight was the Sage's summon, or knew the Sage right? Well, what if they are biological. What if the Toad told the Sage that one of his sons would go bad once he picked his successor and died, but he didn't know which one, so, as a failsafe, the Sage used Creation of All Things on his sons, influencing their genes so that one has Yin and the other has Yang, so that neither would be unstoppable in the event that he goes bad?

Twins, no. I belive there ages kinda match madara and hashi or naruto and sasuske. We have seen that tjey all somehow represent the two sons. I believe the sons were born from him busting some good ars.
