Description:A special tag that utilizes the mark of confusion. When placed upon an opponent and using chakra it burns into the opponents skin. This chakra tag causes chakra to flow towards that particular area, causing a disruption within the flow of chakra as well as making it harder to control chakra(adds -10 chakra to any jutsu that the opponent will use for 4 turns).
Note:This jutsu can only be used twice in battle.

write the kanji for confusion and do a tiger seal, concentrating your chakra into the tag

Then, I place the tag on one of your clone and, with the tiger seal, I mold my chakra into it setting the tag in a pale blue fire. The tag gets reduced to cinders, but the "confuse" kanji is tatooed on your clone.*

*I hear akiza-sempai's voice, and see that the tag is not even flaming although my chakra is running through it and is molded by the tiger handseal. Therefore, I begin to breath in and out slowly and eliminate distraction from my mind. While doing so, I focuse further and further chakra into the tag.*

In order to produce genjutsu, you must send a diruptive chakra wave into the opponents brain and cranial nerves, in order to trick them and make him see and feel whatever you want. In order to prevent genjutsu, this seal you're about to teach me could either disrupt the target's chakra flow preventing him/her to mold it and use it properly for genjutsu. Or perhaps, it could actually work as a chakra attractor to prevent the disruptive chakra reach me.

well as we know genjutsu is the form of techniques that are related with fooling the opponents senses, by this it can apply the means of using the targets senses i.e casting a genjutsu with the finger is corresponding with the targets sense of sight, which casts the illusion, others can be hearing like toad duet illusion does, well the similarities in these are use of chakra probably, if u manage to place a seal over the targets that intercepts the target from using any form of technique that corresponds with your senses it'll just work right? so with your so far knowledge of seals make 1 over that'll stop me from casting a genjutsu over you

*I re-bite my thumb and quickly write in a blank tag, the kanji "illusion" into it. Then, without locking eye contact, I rush at you while making a great deal of chakra run through the tag. As I'm in vincity, I quickly place the tag in your right boob O_O. The chakra enters your system and...*

uh well in simple words genjutsu works by any contact with our senses then controlling the chakra in our mind to have us see illusion, contact with senses may include hearing like in toad duet or showing the target something like itachi does with fingers, we have 5 senses in total that can be fooled easily by our targets, the similarity in fooling all these is the use of chakra, now the purpose of the seal should be to stop the transfer rate chakra from me to your mind get it?

*My three clone quickly form a triangle and begin to channel their chakra. Once it is enough , they make it run forming a triangle of pale blue light on the ground. Then, they infuse further chakra and the line grow taller and combine at a certain high, high from the ground. With the pyramid form, the seal is no formed and pure chakra is beginning to fill it. My clones infuse further and in a more powerful way chakra in order to send the pyramid upwards into the space where it destroyed.*
