Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
As you try to knock me out off balance and feel the earth beneath me shake, I force myself to make the tiger handseal while staggering a little letting a rampart rise from beneath my feet, but I also take this as advantage to let your water technique clasp against the rampart.

If the user increases the volume of earth too much, he can be forced to keep his chakra consumption down. The user can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.
Before the water clasps against the rampart, I also take it as advantage making me able to see the lightning blasts behind the vortex, because I'm standing on the rampart which is very tall I see everything perfectly from above, so before the water clasps against the rampart I shoot a wind blast from my mouth letting the lightning disappear.

Right before I make my move I want to highlight some problems i have with your move, i'm going to reply as if it works, but i'm leaving a note of my issues for dan when he judges
1. If the ground is violently shaking, i'm not sure how elevating a section of it makes it lessen in any way infact according to basic physics depending on how wide you make your rampart you could actually make it worse.
2. the water wind combo hitting your rampart would cause severe damage to it and you and you did nothing to defend against it.
3. you again posted the wrong technique for what you say your doing. you state your using dropping lid.. but post antlion... U_U
Right after checking my facts, as you complete your wind, your rampart is anhilated by the water wind combo you did not defend against, causing you to fall to the ground, meaning you do not get your third technique off and your stunned and disorientated from the destruction that just occured around you.
As soon as your rampart collapses, i use the water created by the vortex that is now falling as a pool on the floor to create:

So lets take a look at what i bolded, it's called "Argueing"
Now lets take a look at why he is wrong.
Typhoon water vortex is a large attack and is a combination of A rank wind and B rank water. The A rank wind of that attack is easily enough to destroy the rampart which jamal is standing on. Though he may not take any damage from the attack, he was shaking anyway from Minato's "World shaking" But not the ground he was standing on is completely destroyed meaning jamal is falling as soon as the water vortex hits.
Seeing as no one can fly in this tournament, this means jamal would fall straight away. So looking at his first point, he was wrong.
Looking at what i said above, yes it would fully destroy it. The typhoon water vortex is large enough to block an S rank jutsu that is a fire wind combo. The size and power is enough to destroy the rampart.
As for point 3, what do you even mean by that? You're the one with questionable moves, you're the one who posted the wrong jutsu, and your the first one to post an arguement. Minato simply pointed out faults in your move, which makes it easier for me to check later.
As the rampart breaks, I release a hurricane of wind that will shoot me back into long-range which means that your false darkness also would be useless against me.

the moment you attempt to use it, i raise a wall of earth blocking your escape, thereby allowing the shark to kill you ( due to the nature of the destruction of your rampart you would be too stunned to immediately react, therefore my shark technique is easily formed before you react as i did state i form the seals and initiate the technique the moment your rampart is destroyed):

You have no reason to know the earth core is their until you hit it. You didn't state how you knew it was their, so why would you know how to counter it?
You hit the earth core, used nagashi, but get hit by shark.
