Yes but Kabuto's was imperfect..

I would imagine a perfect SM to be like Naruto's where the only change is snake eyes. I mean i doubt they would give Mitsuki imperfect one but yeah.. It's probably perfect because he went completely back to normal after. I think if it was imperfect the changes would have been permanent.

I don't recall him being "imperfect", just that he drained orochimaru's chakra to achieve. If anything, I remember he said that even orochimaru didn't reach his level of sage mastery or something among those lines.

I thought so too, but he didn't get a 'databook' page for the Last. So his rank is unclear.

I'm thinking high tier Iruka, so probably Special Jonin. Deserves higher though.
