Yes but Kabuto's was imperfect..

I would imagine a perfect SM to be like Naruto's where the only change is snake eyes. I mean i doubt they would give Mitsuki imperfect one but yeah.. It's probably perfect because he went completely back to normal after. I think if it was imperfect the changes would have been permanent.

Yeah I know but we don't ever see much of Shino so I wish I saw how he handled that fight. Jonin are still definitely able to handle him in the majority but still impressive.
