Sage Mode or Sharingan

i was arguing with a friend about whether or not sage mode was better than the sharingan, and i want to what my fellow NB members, if you were in the naruto world would you rather have sage mode or sharingan. and im not talking about a specific type of sage mode, and im talking about the sharingan along with it extensions besides the rinnegan

It's somewhat of a choice between being the sages elder son and the younger one but I'd go with Sage Mode and it's much more effective in battle than sharingan and does not have as much negative effects on the body

in snake sage mode you have the ability to use brille to block out visual based genjutsu

No you dont. Itachi doesn't have senju dna...and Izanagi and Izanami are brother techs so one wouldn't have a requirement that the other doesn't. The sharingan has too many steep prices to pay for power.

sharingan can copy techniques, just lookat kakashi....he copied a thousand techniques with elements of earth and water (his was lightning already).
the only sage mode is worth while is hashiramas sage mode. Otherwise sharingan lolshits on all the other sage modes.
