ok,, i'm just a bit curious since watching the last naruto ova,, 9 i think... naruto got disqualified for going in sage mode, they didn't show his clones meditating anywhere to acquire sage chakra, so do you think he's now able to go into sage mode while fighting?

It was an OVA after all. As far as I'm concerned it was just a way for them to disqualify Naruto and give us a laugh. It's not meant to be taken seriously.
