Giving it to Naruto due to perfect sage mode, which far outclasses Jiraiya's. Naruto with his SM has shown enough reactions to make nimbly dodges, like dodging the revived 3rd Raikage during the war, to which Jiraiya's pales in comparison considering Jiraiya was experiencing difficulty just keeping up with Deva, whom Naruto was easily handling in sage mode and even outclasses in taijutsu. Jiraiya can't circumvent frog kumite, so he gets pummeled every time in a taijutsu brawl. Ninjutsu wise Jiraiya's more versatile but Naruto has an extremely dangerous arsenal that which can potentially end the fight in one move. Intelligence does not give Jiraiya any advantage in my opinion, since Naruto has quick wit and experience with seeing Jiraiya fight and knowing his fighting style very well as well as his frame of thought. So he's pretty much doing what he did against Kakashi, but seriously this time around, and he's got a few clones collecting and storing bulks of chakra in case sage mode runs out, so SM will be used for a longer duration. If Jiraiya can use summons, he could turn this around, but logically and in-character speaking, the frogs aren't going to participate in murdering a much better candidate for the Prophecy so he can't turn to summons, unfortunately. Just my take though. But Naruto ultimately wins with high difficulty.
