Hebi Sasuke is weaker than Itachi and Armless Orochimaru, he has no chance here.

Danzo was conserving chakra in order to fight Obito next, so he was limiting what jutsus he used- thus "holding back." I should had been more concise.
Sharingan has feats, Koto Amatsukami has feats, so Shisui's eye has feats; Danzo just couldn't use Shisui's eye. With it, he shouldn't had even been tricked by Sasuke's subtle genjutsu.
Sasuke and Danzo should had both been mortally wounded, but Karin healed Sasuke. Karin helped Sasuke a few other times as well.
Obito's presence helped Sasuke, and when Obito thought Sasuke was about to be killed he started using Kamui, not to mention that he warned Sasuke about Danzo's trap seal.

Armless Orochimaru = drugged Jiraiya.

Jiraiya being in HM without Fukasaku's and Shima's aid is in itself a peculiarity; depending of how long he can sustain HM, Sasuke may be able to overpower him in the end or trap him in Genjutsu and end him. However, I might give this to Jiraya more than not.​

Sasuke isn't smarter than danzo. Especially since it took sauce like 5 tries to figure out how izanagi works. By then even Karin figured it out.

I believe Needle Jizo won't be able to stop Chidori Katana and the stunning effect and on top of that Sasuke could compliment it with a sharingan genjutsu to give him enough time to behead Jiraya Jiraya's sm feats aren't the same as Narutoo's and his sensing clearly isn't as good with him almost getting outsped by Human Path

Well the thing is that Jiraiya can't be in Sage Mode without Ma and Pa. So if your going to restrict them, it would be nice to know how long he can stay in Sage Mode for. Either way. I see Sasuke winning this:

. I don't see Jiraiya hurting Sasuke with any Taijutsu based attack (Kicks or Punches) once he enters CS2. His rapid Senbon wouldn't be capable of piercing through Sasuke's skin either. Furthermore, the fact that Jiraiya uses some huge fire based Jutsu himself could speed up the process for a possible Kirin, which Jiraiya won't be capable of tanking. Granted with Full Intel, Jiraiya will refrain from using his Katon (Though that only hurts himself). Sasuke could fly in CS2 so Yomi Numa should not be a problem, and he has the speed to avoid it even if he where to be in the ground. Jiraiya's reflexes are nowhere near SM Naruto's either, so landing a hit with his sword (Sasuke's) would not be impossible either. Jiraiya may be very fast in Sage Mode, but Sasuke is no slouch in that aspect either and could definitely hold his own. With Sharingan Precog Jiraiya's speed shouldn't be a problem. Sasuke has his Chidori varients to counter Jiraiya's Rasengan Varients, Senpō Odama Rasengan could be tanked at the cost of a wing (Similar to tanking C2 bomb), and Sasuke wont fall for too it again if Jiraiya gets lucky enough to land the inital one. Matter of fact is, Jiraiya's arsenal is quiet limited without his summons, while Hebi Sasuke used a hefty amount of Snake based attacks and defences, he is not as dependent on them as Jiraiya is on his toads.

Without summons, Genjutsu is something that Jiraiya will have a lot of trouble dealing with, and I actually see that being the game breaker, even with full intel (Deidara, who has a eye specifically trained to counter Genjutsu, and had full intel abut Sharingan Genjutsu, still fell prey to it).

CS Sasuke is simply outclassed in taijutsu and ninjutsu too much for his very limited Sharingan genjutsu abilities to make a bit of difference. Jiraiya med diff at the most.

summons are restricted for both. Sasuke's heavily increased speed and durability with curse mark give him the win. Base Sasuke>Base Jiraya in speed so while i believe Jiraya's sage mode is slightly higher than Sasuke's curse mark overall he still is going to be the faster fighter here especially with 3T sharingan backing it up
