Jiraiya can use Sage Mode without the Ni Dai Sennin, it was all explained during Naruto's Senjutsu training.

Jiraiya needed them for Senjutsu batteries, bypassing the time limit and giving him infinite Sage Mode.

The Ni Dai Sennin were going to do this for Naruto, but Kurama was still being a **** and wouldn't let them. So, Naruto had to resort to hidden Shadow Clones to use as Senjutsu batteries.

Danzo was old, holding back, couldn't use Shisui's eye (not even to see), and they still fought to a draw even though Sasuke had direct help from Karin and indirect help from Obito.

Hebi Sasuke is weaker than Itachi and Armless Orochimaru, he has no chance here.
