Sage and Doujutsu

Not really. Cause otherwise Senju can't do sage mode.. but seeing as Naruto did. It is still possible.

Based on the facts that SAGE mode interacts with the contract with the creature they bound with, originally its a development, or precisely an evolution from that said creature i.e toad. Like Kabuto he just develop new evolution of his power-ups and encounter dragon mode which not in conflict with his nature chakra because he didnt have any restrictions from any bloodline. As far as we all know, there's only 2 disciples of toad sage which is J-man and naruto, and none others. Kabuto SM was not clearly stated as from who and what, but based on toad SM, kabuto must have been with the contracted Manda which grants him the SM.

You need to balance Spiritual chakra with Physical chakra and the Nature chakra.

Senju/Uzumaki (Physical)
Meditation (Nature)

So far we have see no one with doujutsu have ever had a Senjustu master that can teach him/her. So I don't think it matter if you or not have a doujutsu.

that is not equal to any sage mode, coz it was planted by oro, triggered the poisonous chakra which embed into the victim's chakra, and some sort of steroid to manipulate the sudden raise in the victim's nerve system.

It is because doujutsu user cant learn the technique.

And why is that exactly. Because if you say it is because of the spiritual energy why can an Uzumaki with Physical energy then do it?

People get confused sometimes why this person or that person cant get sage mode. Actually it was pretty simple. IMO, any doujutsu user cannot have sage mode, it is actually like having 2 opposite energy being pumped into a body. It will burst anytime. Doujutsu lets the user having eye power which runs by different level of energy, so if they activate natural energy, it will become some sort of internal body conflicts. Thats y we have Naruto, Jiraiya and Kabuto; which naturally non-doujutsu or having a bloodline limit, mastered the Sage Mode. Tell me if im wrong.

Why do you say that it will burst because it is two opposite energys being pumped inside the body? I'm pretty sure Naruto is enough proof that you can handle two different energies at the same time without busting. Sage mode and Kyuubi chakra.

The curse mark could be training wheels for sage mode. Curse mark users get more powerful but as a cost, they transform, just like a Sage would if he moved while meditating.

Presently, there is no validity for such a claim. Sennin Mode has not yet been displayed to be incompatible with Dōjutsu users. Hypothetically, such a feature would only supplement the effects of the Dōjutsu being exercised; heightening its overall capabilities, but that would presumably be over-whelming. ​
