Depends on if both got the right genes to have Doujutsus or if only one of them get it and the other don't. Salada should be able to awaken the Sharingan but she needs to feel the emotional stress that awakens the special chakra in her brain. Also just because her mom can use the Yin seal, enhanced strength, and medical ninjutsu doesn't mean she could since all of that requires being skilled in chakra control. Bolt might not have the gene to get the Byakugan or he might have a variation to it, also we don't know if he'll have the skills or reserve to use many of Naruto's jutsus. As Hagoromo said, the child doesn't always live up to the parents skills or something like that then Naruto imagined his parents who were powerful and skilled since they were young.
If we take into account that both Salada and Bolt got the genes and skills to learn everything from their family then I guess it would have to go to Bolt. Byakugan allows you to see things the Sharingan can't see, allows you to Attack with Konoha's strongest Taijutsu style (gentle fist as stated by Lee in part 1), and gentle fist gives you a way to close chakra points. Bolt can get training from his mom, Aunt Hanabi, or his grandfather (if Hinata's dad is still alive at that time). Bolt would have a large stamina, shadow clone which speeds up his learning, Rasengan variation (means he would have great chakra control on top of what gentle fist gives him), SM, have at least 2-3 elements, toad summoning, and his own jutsus.
Salada whould have 3T, medical ninjutsu, enhanced strength, knowledge of poisons, Yin seal, at least 2-3 elements to copy more jutsus, Chidori variations (Sasuke most likely will take her with him when she's old enough and train her), genjutsus, skilled in ninja weapons and taijutsu thanks to Sasuke's training.
I said Bolt because his potential to grow strong with shadow clone is just too great as Naruto could have done in the 12 years time skip but Salada still looks like she will be really skilled with the power to back it up. I'm not sure which could be stronger not that I think about it, Salada could use poison on her sword/weapon but then Bolt with Byakugan could see it coming and use rotation or air palm. He would see the build up of chakra in her hands or legs when she use enhanced strength but can she hit him when he can see and dodge? I mean Neji dodged Naruto who was moving really fast with Kurama's chakra during the Chunin exams but if he's using clones then Salada could be attacked all around and it only takes 64 palm to stop her yin seal healing since no chakra means no healing but that's only if she's using it, if not then opening the yin seal will give her chakra as Naruto using Kurama chakra did.
