Why would a marine Admiral who is recognized as the pinnacle of strength still get stronger especially in old age? Everyone's strength declines at Akainu ages he's not increasing at all if anything in a few years he will start to decline. Nobody wants to get weaker, weak reasoning for why he will stay stronger. WB said it himself you can't be the strongest forever

Based off the fact, hes a marine soldier who has to keep training. Based off of the fact, that as time goes characters get stronger, unless they are declining from their prime (which is not the case with Akainu clearly).

They wouldn't make a guy who is declining in strength into a fleet admiral.

Or maybe you need to stop overrating the hell out of the old generation. Akainu as it stands is up there with the strongest characters in the series. Oda said One Piece would end in a year if Akainu was the protagonist. Old WB looked near useless against Akainu and the other Admirals, as it stands they don't need to create an even bigger gap than there already is between Luffy and them, and I highly doubt after 53 years Akainu just now decides "let me try and get stronger" as if he didn't already do that 2 years ago when he had possibly more than 30 years as a Marine to get stronger, sorry to break it to you but the top tiers aren't getting any stronger, they were already in their top form 2 years ago.

Marco wins with either high-Extreme diff simply because he can regenerate from any damage he receives for an unknown amount of time that's it.

Anyone saying Marco has good offensive feats aren't looking at his feats right. Marco never even harmed Kizaru with his kicks, he alone didn't harm Akainu so Idk why people acting like Vista didn't have a hand. And even still the damage was minimal and this was after witnessing one of there comrades getting magma fisted.

Sabo deserves the win but he can't have it because of that cheap no limit fallacy that Marcos DF grants. It has to have some limit.

Not to mention fight all of his commanders minus two, Crocodile and dozens of pirates and leave without a single scratch. Either the best members of WB's crew are all pushovers, or WB didn't do nearly as much damage to Akainu as people like to think
