Sabo has beast Haki and Jozu cant cover his entire body with diamond, so he just needs to aim for that spot if he cant break the diamond.

Normally i would say Sabo but Jozu was doing pretty well against Aokiji (he only lost because Aokiji caught him off guard) while Sabo is struggling with Fuji who isn't going all out.

I will give Sabo the benefit of doubt and say he wins high-diff since we haven't seen him go all out yet.

Then again, TS Jozu might be on a whole new level.

This is what happened. Jozu got a surprise attack on Aokiji, who was fighting WB, then the next thing we saw was Jozu getting distracted and getting frozen. There is no proof that his Haki is better than Sabo's

It passed quite some time during that pause, so Jozu being completely fine after fighting Aokiji for a while proves he's beast (and if Oda wanted to make Jozu much weaker than Admirals he wouldn't have made Jozu lose by distraction)

Time moves a lot slower for the viewers than the characters in OP. It wasnt as long as you think.

Never said he's much weaker. He as close to admiral level like Doflamingo.

I wouldn't say he's on a whole new level seeing how he lost an arm. We'll just have to see but I don't have high expectations in terms of strength for post-TS Jozu.
