1. He is main character sibling.
2. I don't think Ace would lose to Kuma, Pre TS Sabo should be as powerful as Ace, and current Sabo is much stronger.
3. Ivankov and Kuma were portrayed as around equal, still Ivankov was imprisoned somehow, I don't believe second in Revolutionary army could be imprisoned by Marines.
4. Fought equal with an admiral.
1. it was more than 2 panels, and it never showed what happend. If we go off the anime then ivankov put up as best a fight she could against a logia admiral. I could imagine Jimbe, Marco, Crocodile, or even doflomingo doing any better than what the anime shown us ivankov did against a angry akainu.
To be fair, Kuma's body is extremely durable so it doesn't suprise me that during their brief fight ivankov only got a scratch on him.. After 2 years of non stop fighting to protect the thousand sunny, the worst the marines and pirates could do to him was rip some of his clothes.

I would not take the little physical damage as a fault on ivankov's strength, as much as I would use it the praise kuma's high resilent body (durability). Ivankov still was able to push him back numerous times and

I believe kuma would win though, but I think saying ivankov is fodder is a gross underestimation of is abilities.. If you look at each of his fights he's shown extreme durability, speed, and strength feats also.
In terms of Megellons fight, I think something is to be said about the fact that he is the only person to survive megellon's poison in a matter on minutes. And also the fact that he wasnt even seriously fighting with Megellan and took poison and magma(akainu) to the face a made a gag out of it.

Im not saying Ivankov would win because I do see kuma winning especially in a 3-way, but i think there is a gross underestimation of ivankov's abilities.
Sabo should take this easily enough... Burgess is probably > Kuma, and from what we've seen in the arena, Sabo can own any of them. Ivanov is a non-factor.
Sabo taking this easily is a joke. This is a high diff match for everyone involved.
Kuma would have easily won the Final Block with one

. Burgess is not on the same level as Kuma, he is at least a tier weaker. Burguess has shown no impressive feats that put him over Kuma. And you are slightly misinformed if you believe ivankov is a non factor. She is currently stronger than halve the supernova's.

3. Ivankov has never been seen fighting seriously, and kuma was mindless so he wasnt able to use his powers as he normally would. Ivankov was not imprisoned, as soon as he was captured he easily was able to escape his cell and was the only known person to escape his cell. These are feats ace, crocodile, jimbe, and even shilew the rain (who was the old warden) couldnt accomplish.
Okay, well I made an account just to throw my 2 cents in.
1. You claim Ivan was "Not serious" against Akainu. That is absolutely ridiculous, sorry to say. Luffy, Dragon's Son, is on what may be his death bed, the mission has failed, and they are face-to-face with an extremely fed up Admiral. There would be no reason under the sun to hold back whatsoever. In fact, it was such a mismatch that Toei decided to play it off comedically. Akin to Natsu attempting to fight Erza or something and getting one shotted into oblivion Team Rocket Style. You seem to for whatever reason think it is because he was holding back (I still fail to find the reason why you'd think that when it has absolutely no basis besides that one filler punch he received in the anime) when that is not at all the case. I find it laughable that you are actually trying to use that gag punch as a feat. Going by your logic Nami has had Haki since Pre Time Skip as well, right? I mean she's beaten the snot out of Luffy on numerous occasions. If your going to try and use a comedic gag reel as a feat then you should do the same for all characters. Not only when it's convenient for your argument.
2. It took 2-4 panels for Akainu to dispatch Ivan. That's all. They lengthened it for comedy reasons in the anime but Canon wise, in the original source material, and as far as Oda is concerned Ivan isn't even so much as a hindrance to an Admiral and got completely fodderized by Akainu. That is irrefutable and undeniable, my friend. A few panels and then he was writhing in pain. Sabo was able to effectively combat against an Admiral and completely delay his and his battalion's advances alone. Ivankov was swatted aside like an insect in a matter of seconds. True, Fujitora was not giving Sabo his all. But he was certainly not toying with him. He even said he had to get serious when he was facing off against Sabo. You can tell the difference between the Navy's threat alert when dealing with each of them respectively. Everyone recognized Ivan and didn't so much as bat an eye while the marine Admiral was repeatedly asking Sabo if there was any way he could reconsider engaging in battle against them and that they were in trouble.
All in all, it is beyond me how anyone can even begin to compare Ivan and Sabo. Ivan isn't relevant at all in this battle. Sabo vs Kuma is the only fight going on here.

Trust me bro, Im not underestimating Kuma at all. I personally believe Kuma would win this three-way battle.

OP: Stop taking fillers in consideration, Ivankov was never hit with magma in his face, it was just an anime filler, in manga it took like seconds for akainu to dispatch Ivankov and Inazuma without a problem, a magma punch would burn out his head like nothing if it was able to take half of WB's head.
OT: Sabo takes it easily with or without mera mera, the other two have never shown to have any great haki feats if any at all compared to Sabo who's as of now is a great haki user and his showdown against Fujitora pretty much put's him way above both of the fighters.
Ivankov is a no factor since being low-diffed by someone like Magellan while the other has never shown fighting anyone strong except the pre-ts straw hats who even dellinger would be able to beat as of now without much trouble.
