Sabo is the number two of the Revolutionary army, as strong as Doflamingo is I doubt he can beat Sabo, if he is not above Doflamingo then the Revolutionary army would have been defeated a long time ago.

Also Sabo was able to trade blows with a Admiral, while it wasn't long, most people go down quickly against Admirals.

based off the fact that doflamingo has shrugged off all of law and luffys finisher moves one of which cut laws life by some years makes me think doffy wins hands down.

doff has also been nerfed hard for the sake of plot. he's basically been made to stand there and take attack after attack without doing anything but put his hands up. it makes no sense considering how OP his DF is

Actually I'd give it to Sabo. The same way people wank off Burgess and other 2nd in commands or commanders of top tiers in general, Sabo being Dragon's number 2 is also impressive. Also considering his Haki feats and new acquisition of the Mera, not to mention his portrayal (brief clash with Issho coming out unscathed) would lead me to believe he is > Doffy. Not by much though.

Agree with this i feel if both r healthy Doffy would def win but high diff I would not say extreme diff as to I dnt really rank sab o tht high regardless of his rank in revs...

Not to mention I dnt c sabo taking all the damage Doffy has taken

totally agree with you but I don't think his df is OP it's just the way he's used it. He has So many techs that makes the df look OP. Also,I have thus feeling that Sabo isn't the 2nd strongest person in the RA. Remember How Croc's group (can't remember their name) was numbered? I believe it's the same with Sabo. I mean if he's the 2nd strongest member in RA who can't even go toe to toe with an Admiral,then they are in serious trouble. It's Why I have a feeling there's someone stronger than Sabo up there but below Dragon but in the same tier as Dragon
