Team 1 wins very easily. As the guy above me said, Doffy is the only one that can put up a good fight against any of team 1 in a 1v1.

Jimbei, Crocodile, and Doflamingo are all colleagues in the same class.
It’s almost like asking 2 Dofys vs 1 Dofy.
Sabo destroys Doflamingo on his own with no competition. Sanji and Zoro the more inexperienced pirates could destroy the rest of Doflamingo’s crew individually with mid difficulty.
Team 1 destroys.
Doflamingo didn’t solo anybody. That guy fought a one on one match at the very end and lost to Luffy.
In greenbit he had the aid of an Admiral against Law, yet he escaped and couldn’t kill Law in full power. He had to take a beating from admiral Issho first before ultimately beating Law’s ass.
On top of dressrosa he stacked the fight against Law and Luffy’s odds when he used Trebol and Bellamy them.
It was when Luffy and Doflamingo were greatly injured that he had a one on one match.
The guy didn’t solo anyone, he also uses people to fight on his behalf even if it’s by force. He’s a puppeteer and it’s his fighting style for a reason.
