It's most likely one of these options:
1.) An old member who got banned. (I think I (as well as others) know who it could be....)
2.) Someone who wanted to register and couldn't, so they decided to hack the forum as punishment.
3.) A current member who isn't banned but wanted to do it for the shits & gigs.
