Tsk, tsk little girl. You should've just stayed home and played barbie or something else of that sort. Rouge pokes at the girl's tolerance keeping it causual all the while readying himself for battle. Widening his stance as he unfolds his arms and performs the snake hand seal ending his previous banter with a very deep breath that bulges Rouge's chest outwards. Then swiftly in a sudden burst of motion Rouge thrusts his head towards the ground before releasing a powerful dense torrent of water that viciously rises the young ninja upwards 10m into the sky as the waves of water spread to cover the range. Being on a mountainous terrain with many depressions the battlefield would no doubt flood quickly leaving his opponent to deal with the massive cascading waves that then settles after their wake. The outcome being a 10m high lake that overtakes the entire battlefield.

It's kinda weird doing that to a child like that.......but then again, a hit is a hit. Rouge says while standing in a lowered battle stance as his guards remain high. Scouting the area for any signs of the girl.

When toph sees him spitting a lake of water out of his mouth she performs tiger handseal and stomps her heel on the ground and earthbends a gigantic hill that leaves her at least two meters from any source of water around her.

(Doton: Doryū Jōheki) - Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart

Description: By performing the Tiger hand seal the user then makes a gigantic rampart rise up beneath the user's feet, by shaping the ground and increasing the amount of earth with chakra. Depending on what the user imagines, the shape of the rampart can be anything from level ground to a steep, needle-like mountain. If the user increases the volume of earth too much, he can be forced to keep his chakra consumption down. The user can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.

After this, Toph performs two handseals, points at Rogue and shots a dozen of steel bullets from her finger at different spots of his body.

(Kōton: Ankā-dan) - Steel Release: Anchor Bullets

However, what makes this jutsu differ from the original one is that when a bullet hits its target it doesn't pierce it or deal damage, it instead sticks to the hit area and grows into a large heavy steel rod of 15 kilograms weight which may be enough to either slow down the target or completely immobilize it.

Rouge raises up from his lowered battle stance on the water as he glares upwards at his wordy opponent. Although aggravated he shrugs off her last comment with a devious smirk while focusing on disrupting her chakra and thus placing the little girl is an illusion. Rouge's smirk would be the last thing she sees before the image seemingly melts into a smeared moving collage of jumbled colors matching those of the enviornment once seen. The colored collage overtakes the entirety of Toph's surroundings, except for gigantic hill underneath her, which appears to be an active quicksand that has been consuming the girl from the time the illusion was launched. Rouge, on the other hand, swiftly draws two explosive kunai from his waistguard after the completion of his genjutsu which he throws towards his opponent.
( Kasunda Genjutsu ) - Illusionary Arts: Hazy Illusion

Description: This is a simple and not to difficult to discern genjutsu. The user places the target in an illusion where they see the world around them heavily distorted, preventing the target from discerning his surroundings while within the illusion. The technique also gives the impression of the target sinking in quicksand and thus acts as a means to immobilize them slowly.
I'll use this moment to move!! Rouge thought while waving a single hand seal. Emerging in a plume of smoke to the right of him appears Rouge's clone, Bandit, who nods towards his creator before the two dash a few meters forwards, interchange sides, and then take on a wide crescent path on opposing sides of Toph. Shortening the mid.range gap between their opponent on each of their respective sides, Rouge and Bandit slide to a complete stop of motion on the surface of the previously made lake, the two a mid.range distance from their opponent on opposing sides.

"You should've left when you had the chance,....now, it's over!" Bandit said while drawing a kunai that he holds ready to fire.
(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Things starts getting blurry, colors are getting into each other, the ground turns suddenly into quick sand. too horrible to be true for Toph that she suspects the possibility of being put under a genjutsu. She checks her own chakra system with her sensory technique and guess what she is really under a genjutsu. Toph performs the snake handseal and releases earth chakra throughout all her skin to create a full body surge breaking herself out of the genjutsu and to harden her skin increasing her defense. Using this jutsu was a lucky choice of Toph as once she escaped the genjutsu two explosive kunais hit her but almost dealt no damage to her.

This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user’s skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
Note: Kakuzu bios can use this technique without the need for handseals

When Toph sees that her opponent divided mitoticaly and he and his twin stand at opposite directions, she shots from her two hands at two opposite directions flaming shots towards, she didn't focus on aiming as once those shots hit anything they will explode. If it hits them good, if it didn't and hits the ground or the water they're standing on it will create a smoke screen for few seconds.

(Bakuhatsu Enhogan) – Exploding Flame Shots

Description: The user shoots multiple fire shots from their hands that are able to cause fiery explosions on impact with any object. The shots can't set the opponent on fire, though they can cause damage by exploding on him.

Both shinobi's eyes widen as Toph not only counters the illusionary attack unscathed, but the explosive kunai as well, and now facing seperate impending fireballs the two act accordingly.

Tsch, your highly irritating voice is starting to get to me....... what's your name girl? Rouge says holding his battle stance with his one hand tenser than the other. Mid. air on the same side of his tensed arm iron sand begins to seemingly raise upwards forming into a long spike that Rouge then shoots forwards with the forwards motion of that same arm while raising his voice in speech. Just incase I'm the last person you'll ever see in this imperfect world! The iron sand spike jolts forwards at swift speeds crashing into the oncoming fireball before breaking through unhampered continuing on towards the dead center of Toph's chest.

Bandit however, takes a less direct approach in response to the fire jutsu and simply erects the water beneath him as a pillar that launches him into the air and out of the way of the attack while still remaining within his general area mid.range, and through the steam that rose in response he continues the onslaught.

Sliding a little ways backwards after landing from the water pillar Bandit smirks as a gloomy mist rises from the water below and seemingly covers the entire battlefield in a matter of seconds. Let's see how she'll take this.....

(Kirigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding in Mist Technique

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Doing simple math. let's say I shot at both directions at the same time, so if both bandit and rouge start acting at the same time, the iron sand spear would be on its way before bandit creates the mist. So top is still able to see that the spear is coming at her. just thinking out loud so you can know that I made my move based on these thoughts.




"My name is Toph.." Toph says whilst performing the bird handseal. "Because it sounds like tough." She continues as she moves her left arm in an "uppercut fashion" making a big wall of steel rise to stop and destroy the iron sand spear before it reaches her. Since both the wall and the spear are of the same rank with no s/w interaction between the two elements, the wall starts cracking from the impact and falls down in mere seconds.

(Kōton: Uroku Hei) Steel Release: Scaled Wall

Description: After 1 handseal (Bird), the user is able to rise a large wall of plated black steel to protect from incoming attacks.

After creating the wall, Toph release a huge gust of wind chakra out of her mouth that divides and takes the shape of two ghosts made of wind. Those two ghosts starts moving in a three meters radius circle around Toph in high speed. They start pushing away the mist bit by bit till Toph regains the sight of at least 5 meters radius around her before the two ghosts hasten towards where rouge and bandit were before the mist was created. Once they become very near to the estimated previous location of her enemy and his clone, the ghosts turn into gusts of wind pushing the mist even more and may be dealing some damage to her opponents. (OOC: tell me if the wording of this part is not understandable xD)

(Fuuton: Kaze no yūrei) - Wind Release: wind ghost

Description: After releasing the gathered fuuton chakra throughout the user's mouth. the released wind will be shaped into a ghost's upper body (of the same size and shape of a mature man). The user can make the ghost dense and solid enough to be able to grab objects and persons (one person per ghost) or to turn it into a gust of wind strong enough to make a four meters tall tree fall down. The user can make up to two ghosts with one jutsu use but each will be equal to C-rank jutsu
note: only FeeLPaiN can teach this jutsu

Toph performs the Horse handseal and creates a barricade of steel spikes to rise from the ground in a circle around her one and half meters around. The spikes are about two meters tall in various angles to act as a barricade while not completely blocking her field of vision.
