Kisame had been wandering the barren lands for many days looking for people he could face in order to grow stronger. He had become to independent on Samehada in recent battles and chose to not use him for awhile in order to grow his own strength. He then stumbled upon a unusual looking man with bright red hair. Although he thought the mans appearance was strange he could not say much since he infact looked like a shark himself. He knew this man would not engage in much conversation due to the fact his outfit was already made to fight.

Being the water genius that Kisame is he wastes no and channels water in the ground below your feet. He then forces it to rise up knocking you into the air. As this is happening he takes out a kunai from his ninja pouch with his left hand and throws it into the air where you will be if the water successfully knocks you into the air.

As the water starts to appear Ryoku manipulates wind chakra in his hands, clapping them together releasing a powerful gale of wind to clash against the water stopping it prematurely from rising underneath him.
(Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm

As the wind blasts away the water Kisame wastes no time and draws his own sword from his back with his right hand ( Plain normal sword). He then also begins to charge towards the man while coating the sword in lightning increasing its cutting power.

As the man and Kisame are now within close range from the man he lunges his right arm forward releasing the previously stored lightning chakra around the sword with raw chakra combining the two. This sends of a green chakra arrow towards you which then splits into four parts upon release. One part aims at your chest ,while another two arc towards either side of your body.

The arrow is also incredibly sharp, so much so that it's able to split apart techniques of the same rank and below. As the chakra is released the user can will it to split into four parts in order to attack multiple opponents, or a single opponent from different sides.
