As Asch spots somebody walking into his new paradise. With his Kazekage Hat and Robe on he grab the hilt of his sword. Looking even deeper in the guys eyes he knew this was something more.. He had to eradicate this person quick. Quickly without a moments hesitation he took his hands off the hilt of his sword and slammed his hands on the ground causing a large symbol to appear beneath you charged with scorch chakra up to 7 meters all around you. Asch then quickly does one handseal causing the symbol to radiate with scorch, causing anything above the symbol up to 5 meters to be scorched to death. Asch then keep his hands on his hilt as he dashes in your direction making sure to avoid the symbol as his kazekage robe flaps with the breeze

Description: This is a very powerful technique of the scorch style. The user can use and initiate this in two ways, the first way being, the user channel their scorch chakra while slamming their hands on the ground, causing a 7x7 meter symbol that takes the color of a glowing white hue. Once done the user will do one handseal channeling more chakra into the symbol causing the symbol to ignite with scorch chakra, causing the symbol to give to radiate very powerful and potent heat that will scorch any and everything above the symbol up to 5 meters. Or second, the user can use this defensively by extending their hand causing a huge symbol imbued with scorch to appear several inches infront of the users hand in a 5x5 radius, causing the potent heat from the scorch symbol to radiate forward 5 meters forward, defending himself from certain jutsus and even scorching anybody who comes in radius of the technique .

Tankun leisurely waited for his opponent to make a move while taking in the sight of this "paradise". It was no surprise that the Kazekage would enjoy such a place, it was a jewel compared to the vast stretches of desert he was used to. Tankun was no stranger to the sand of course, he was born there. But he wasn't raised in the desert, he was raised by the Tanuki. His home was the Hachi-takioashisu. An oasis surrounded by eight waterfalls, a *real* paradise. This place was a cheap substitute.

He felt a tug on his robe.

Wake up numskull! We got incoming.

Rocket, his trusty tanuki companion, pulled Tankun out of his daydream to make him aware that the battle had begun.

Description: Tanroketto, or better known as Rocket, was the former commander of the Tanuki B.O.M.B squad before developing his own personal skills to a point where he could operate solo. While not skilled in elemental ninjutsu or genjutsu, he excelled in hand-to-hand combat and weapon based ninjutsu. With an appetite for explosions he outfitted all of the weapons he uses with his ninjutsu with explosive tags using the (Fuda Kakusu no Jutsu) Tag Hidding Technique. He carries a large scroll on his back as well as several smaller scrolls across his body on a strap going from his left shoulder to right him. He uses these scrolls for the manipulated tools set of techniques as well as other similar weapon based ninjutsu such as rising dragon dance. Rocket has two clips on each of his forearms where a small scroll can be attached. When doing this he can then point his arm towards a target and release a barrage of kunai. Using one scroll in this fashion releases a C-rank barrage of kunai, using two scrolls is B-rank, three scrolls is A-rank and four scrolls is S-rank. Each scroll can be used twice for this ability, meaning if all four are used simultaneously, the S-rank variation can be used twice per battle at most.
-Rocket's weapon based techniques gain +15 damage due to the hidden explosive tags within them.
-Can only used weapon based ninjutsu such as manipulated tools and rising dragon dance up to A-rank.

On Tankun's back sat Scorpio, his custom gourd which held a healthy amount of sand.

Description: Scorpio was developed as a weapon for sand users to replace the typical gourd of sand seen used by people such as Gaara. While the gourd itself was useful, it had little value beyond being a simple container for the sand inside. The Scorpio on the other hand was developed to not only carry sand, but to be a useful tool in battle. The shape is designed after the tail of a scorpion, with numerous segments which end with a stinger-like head. The segments are each composed of dozens of hand-sized "scales" which each are hollow, sharply edged and filled with sand. These scales are loosely bound and designed in a way that allows the user to release them at will. In close quarters combat, this allows the user to swing the tail for attacks and defense by controlling the sand inside with hand movements. The scales carry an inherent A-rank durability. The head segment of Scorpio has a nozzle where a scorpion's tail would have its stinger. This is where the sand inside is commonly released from, though it can also be released from between the scales for quicker access. In terms of abilities, the Scorpio has several.
An A-ranked highly compressed stream of sand can be fired from the nozzle reaching up to long range.
The scales can be released along with sand to swirl violently around a target. This can be used as an A-ranked attack up to mid-range by having the scales slice up the target, or as an omnidirectional shield around the user.
The user can use the sand within the tail to extend its reach momentarily, similar to Renji extending Zabimaru, for quick B-rank strikes up to mid range.
The strongest attack allows the user to release all of the sand from the nozzle of Scorpio in the form of a violent tornado. The tornado can be made directly from the nozzle and extend up to long range in any direction the user wants (horizontal, diagonal, vertical, etc.) or, they can stab the nozzle into the ground and have the tornado form from directly below the target. The tornado is S-ranked in strength and can be used twice, requiring the weapon to be replenished after each usage.
To replenish the interior of the weapon with sand the user can stab the nozzle into the ground and draw in sand (directly drawing in sand, or converting earth into sand). Because of the size of the weapon, it can be a bit cumbersome to the wielder. While wearing it they lose speed equivalent to one rank, though this penalty can be removed by devoting 15 chakra per turn towards supporting the weapon through sand manipulation. As it could be an annoyance to carry a weapon of this size everywhere, the user can summon it from a scroll kept on their belt when needed. Due to the construction of the weapon its very difficult to fully destroy. Precision attacks can cause the tail to shatter, and destroy a couple of scales, but it can simply be reformed the following turn.

-All abilities (aside from freeform CQC) count as a move in the user's turn and follow the standard rank/chakra cost/damage guidelines. Each has a one-turn cooldown.

Without warning a symbol began to glow on the ground beneath the pair. Both Tankun and Rocket jumped in the air and Scorpio opened up its scales allowing the sand within to pour out. Tankun clapped his hands together and gathered the sand into a dense sphere the surrounded both he and Rocket as the scorch was released from the symbol. The tightly packed sand protected the duo from the high temperatures, keeping their bodies nice and moist.

Description: The user rapidly and completely encases himself in a sphere of dense sand, that can easily deflect most physical techniques.

With that done, Tankun removed a chunk of sand from the front of the sphere, roughly the size of a basketball, and gathered it into a sphere that rose above the battlefield and took on the appearance of an eye.

(Daisan No Me) - Third Eye

Description: The user creates a eye out of sand.This eye is then connected by an invisible link to the optic nerve thus allowing he user to see with that eye (connect eye must be closed) The eye must remain close to the user but has a seeing range of 20/20 vision.
Note: Only Sand users can use this jutsu

At the same time, Rocket reached his right arm through the newly made opening and released a barrage of kunai from the scrolls on his right arm. The kunai peppered Asch and the area around him before exploding with tremendous force.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Tanroketto) - Summoning Technique: Tanroketto

Not really sure how Scorch and Sand should interact. Sand should have elemental adv. for the same reason earth does, but not sure if the Scorch would destroy the sand sphere or not, or how it would if it did. Up to you whether its still there or not.

Im going to say that Sand > Scorch. For the simple fact similar to earth.




Everything was going so fast. Who was this person. Not only did he countered the scorch, but he wrapped himself in a sphere of sand. Asch thinking quick, due to not having good sight of his opponent. He does several handseals, causing rain to pour down. This would weaken the rain a bit, but that wasnt his purpose. It was to make sure he could seanse his opponent shall their not in the sand sphere.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake handseals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

As the rain form, Asch noticed part of the sand coming out from the sphere. Forming what seemed to be an eye.. an Eye made out of sand? Asch studied it a bit before noticing that it left an opening in the sand sphere. This could play in his favor. Out of nowhere he spotted what seemed to be weapons spraying out of the newly made hole. He had to think fast, while being on the offensive. He quickly drew blood, causing a large casket appear infront of him. This casket is strong enough to sustain S rank damage. Which not only protected Asch but pulled one of his trump cards. Once the casket opened, revealed a singing lady with Asch now standing beside her. The singing will induce anybody who hears it (besides the user) into a very painful genjutsu, which renders the opponent motionless due to the pain. Causing the sound waves to reach the brain causing intense pain beyond measures. Asch Simply observed as his hand touched the hilt of his blade as he plugged up his ears with a wet cloth from his clothes.

Description: This technique dwells in releasing high sound frequencies into the opponents brain via their ear canal, being the brother technique to Magdala Curtian, by casting them into a painful genjutsu. The user will draw blood (by biting their thumb or whatever means) and smearing it on their palm, following right after the user will clap his hands initiating a summon causing a large box/casket emerge from the ground around the user in an upright position, being the "Grave of Maria" The casket is very sturdy and durable being able to sustain damage up to S rank unscathed. Once the casket fully emerges, a singing lady will emerge out of the box/casket producing an hymn from her mouth that is directed into the ear canal of the opponent inducing the genjutsu. As the opponent hears the singing/hymn from maria, it will release sound waves that produce a very high sound frequency in their ear that will cause a excruciating mental strain in the opponents head causing unbearable pain. This will not only serve as decoy but will result in muscle paralysis as the hymn is being sung, still causing pain towards the brain region, sounding like a very loud screech in their brain they cant get rid of. If grave of maria is summoned before hand for the other technique, the user is able to switch hymns without needing to summon her over again. Due to grave of maria being real and not a genjutsu, if she is attacked or destroyed the genjutsu is released/stopped

The rain made the eye of sand difficult to maintain, but it gave Tankun the opportunity to see the rise of the casket in front of Asch. He clapped his hands together and made the earth beneath Asch and the Casket open up into a circular pit, 10 meters in diameter with the targets in the center. The casket and Asch would begin to fall into the pit, at the same time tendrils of sand would reach up from the bottom and seek out their targets. Two of them would wrap around Asch, while the other two would grab on to the woman as the casket opened, preventing her from beginning her song.

Description: The user will manipulate the sand beneath their target to open up into a circular pit. The pit is lined with a ring every foot and with each successive ring the pit gets narrower and narrower. Projecting from each of these rings are long and thin spikes that are easily capable of piercing into flesh. When the pit opens up five tentacles of sand reach up from the bottom and latch on to the target pulling them down towards the bottom. By closing their fist the user causes the walls of the pit to close together piercing whatever is trapped within them. The pit itself remains open until its either destroyed or the user closes it, but the tentacles can only reform once every two turns. The size of the pit can vary depending on the size of the target reaching large enough to swallow a summon the size of Pein's rhino.
-Can be used three times per battle.
-Can be used on normal ground, but requires a series of 4 hand seals during which the user uses their sand to grind up the ground below the target producing the sand.

Not satisfied with a simple attack from below, Tankun bit his thumb and performed the summoning technique to bring out the Tanuki B.O.M.B squad, summoning them in the sky above the pit. The four tanuki unleashed a rain of their own in the form of kunai and shuriken, all fitted with explosive tags. The weapons poured down into the pit where the began to explode one after the other, dealing direct damage to Asch and the woman while also weakening the walls of the pit causing them to collapse in on themselves, crushing and burying those trapped within.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Tanuki B.O.M.B Buntai) - Summoning Technique: Tanuki B.O.M.B Squad

Description: The user will perform the standard summoning technique and summon four Tanuki in the air above their opponent. The four tanuki (Tanbob, Tanozy, Tanmark and Tanbill) will use their bodies to create a parachute of skin that lets them float in the air. From there they bombard the target with weapons such as kunai and shuriken carrying explosive tags. The attack covers a wide area with a continuous stream of explosions decimating everything below. Once the attack is complete the Tanuki remove themselves from the battle to reload their arsenal.
-Can be used three times per battle, but not on successive turns.
-Attack lasts for the turn that they're summoned.
-Cannot be summoned again if they're killed or incapacitated.
-Can be summoned again if not all are killed or incapacitated, but the rank is reduced by 1 and the damage by 15 for each Tanuki not available.

The rain had taken its toll on Tankun's sand, causing the eye and sphere to melt away into mud.
