I didn't use elements i use my customs O_O so is official.

Meh, technically Ryugi said no killing and Pain agreed, therefor a bio cant be taken anyway, cause according to the rules it says they have to be dead....so....yeah....if im wrong someone other than Pain can tell me....

And another thing, i dont believe its that "kosher" for you to keep going (pain) after ryugi clearly forfeited

ok, then how about this
1.-the rules you made doesnt say that quiting isnt allowed
2.-if your telling me that, all battles must be realistic, then you fail in it, because your using jutsus you dont now, and puting in them in your bios
3.-look at the bolded text, your saying that even if the rules say you cant kill, you choose to not follow them, wich make this battle unofficial

and yeah i said that i wont post here anymore in my latest post

Hohoho this is gonna be awesome.

I start by running at you and i quick take out my katana and uses,

Sword Arts: Flame Dance (Subeta gigei: honoo Dansu)

Damage: 60
Discription: The user infuses fire chakra to his/her blade then he/she will do a stand where both feet are close together and the user is holding his/her blade close to the eye kinda like riku's stands then the user will move in high speed and do a series of 9 slashes at the opponent.

Note: Can only be taught by chago.
Note: Can only be used 3 times.

Restriction: The user must have a sword.
Restriciton: The user must have to wait 2 turns in order to re-do the jutsu.

This goes right at your Tsunade bio

btw, my speed is 4th gate just to let you know.
