Running through a large forest with his Byakugan activated, Ryuu could see a figure running ahead in the distance. Yup, it was the Uchiha. The Hyūga had been given a mission to retrieve the ninja who was defecting from the village. But why him? Perhaps it was because he could not speak that the higher ups thought he was fit for such a mission. After all, it meant he would be less likely to waver.

Running faster after spotting the man, Ryuu took a kunai out of his pouch and aimed it at the back of the running Uchiha's head. No doubt he would dodge it, but Ryuu just wanted to get his attention and have him stop and turn around. He had run so much already, and he didn't fancy the thought of running forever.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Hyugas must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Its tracking abilities are equal to that of 3 Tomoe Sharingan.
Note: Only Hyugas possess the ability to utilize Jyuken, However, all Otsutsuki clan members possess the ability of passive activation.

Hisoka is running through the forest deflecting the village hidden in the leaves. He had his Sharingan activated and his Chakra Sensing activated so he can sense nearly anything. He notices someone is following him. Their chakra is steady but then he starts to up raw like the person was attacking. He spins to the right to turn his body around looking at the person and notice the kunai that was being thrown. He smirks because the kunai goes right by him and he notice the person is from the Hyuga clan.

"You will not be able to stop me. I will leave and show everyone what the Hidden Leaf really has to say about the other Great Four Nation Shinobi lands."

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

(Chakra Henkanshi no Jutsu) - Chakra Sensing Technique

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.

Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

Hisoka dodged the kunai he had thrown, as was intended, before speaking to the boy. It was an expected thing to say really. As the Uchiha spoke, Ryuu put his pinky in his ear, as if he was flinging some ear wax out. The epitome of non interest. It's not like he could say anything back anyways. If he could, he would have said something like, "Yeah yeah, you can whine all you want once you're back in the village", but he didn't...

He did not exactly want to bring this man back either. Why would he? In their time in the village, all Ryuu saw in the Uchiha was selfishness and sociopaths tendencies... What's more, he looked like a clown with that pink hair and funny markings on his face. Seriously, why in the world did the Hokage want the guy back for? Probably to stop leakage of important village information or something, which made it all the more important for Ryuu to stop him... He had been ordered to bring the Uchiha back alive, but if that proved too difficult, he had been instructed to kill him. That did not interest Ryuu in the least though; he would rather be sitting in the library reading books...

Back to business, Ryuu stared at Hisoka after his claim of not being stopped, and started to release fire natured chakra into a large amount of trees surrounding the Uchiha. The leaves quickly began to burn and release smoke, and as they did so, Ryuu performed the Bird hand seal, causing a gust to form in the location of his supposed village mate. This gust served the purpose of stripping the leaves off the trees and surrounding Hisoka. The wind further enhanced the fiery leaves, and went on to land on Hisoka to burn him. Also, since the leaves produced smoke, Hisoka's vision would be hindered.

Description: If the user is in a forest, they can begin to start gathering katon chakra. Once that is done, they insert that chakra into leaves around the opponent. With those leaves now beginning to burn and smoke, the user flashes the bird hand seal and begins to cause a gust to occur by the opponent. This gust would not only blow the leaves off the trees towards and around the opponent, but the wind would also increase the fire's heat and move the smoke from the leaves around. This would cause the opponent major annoyances and small burns if the leaves around him touch their skin.

Using the opportunity of his opponent not being able to see properly, as the leaves flew off the trees and scattered their smoke around Hisoka, Ryuu threw three paper bombs which were attached to one kunai each. They halted about a metre above Hisoka, mixing in with the leaves. As they got lower due to the parachutes allowing them to fall slowly, Ryuu performed the Confrontation hand seal, causing them to explode at the back of the Uchiha's body, around the middle of the back. The Hyūga wished the man could just allow himself to be easily caught, but he knew that was not possible. He was probably going to put up a decent fight...

(Rakka Kibaku Fuda) - Falling Paper Bomb

Description: The user will throw three paper bombs connected to kunai that act like parachutes and float down above the enemy. The user will then make the confrontation hand seal to explode the explosive tags when they reach their desired location.

Hisoka sense the chakra spreading around him and looking at his opponent with his Sharingan he smirks and have Ryuu stop the technique before he uses the wind partial of the jutsu to harm him and don't do the last jutsu either. In the genjutsu everything still happens and Hisoka is dead. The genjutsu effects his sight so including his doujutsu, hearing, and smell. So he smells, hear, and see everything as if it really happned.

In reality Hisoka has Ryuu stand still paralysis. Hisoka say under his breath,

"To think they since someone so weak."

( Doujutsu: Genjutsu Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Copy Wheel Eye Illusion

Description: This technique is simply the use of generic genjutsu used by members of the Uchiha clan. By simply having their opponents look into their eyes, the Uchiha can lock the user within a genjutsu of their choosing.
Note: Can only be used with 3 tomoe sharingan

As the leaves started to burn up, they surrounded the Uchiha. It seemed that they went on to injure the man. But, was it not strange? Ryuu knew that Hisoka would not go down that easily. He had seen his capabilities back in Konoha; he was strong. Also, Ryuu could not feel the heat of the fire. It was just cool air. Well of course, how could he have been so stupid? It was that Sharingan! He had been bold enough to look at the Uchiha right in the eyes, but that had led to him being put into an illusion. Gritting his teeth in humilation, Ryuu performed one hand seal, spiking his chakra to disturb the flow, before returning it back to normal.

(Genjutsu: Kai) - Illusion Technique: Release

Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.

As he looked at Hisoka, he could see that the man was not damaged in any way. Ryuu was rather unamused by his trickery. This time however, he did not look directly into the man's eyes. He could still see normally though, thanks to his Byakugan. Performing the required hand seals, Ryuu streamed a multitude of paper tags through the floor, sending them over to Hisoka. As they were beneath him, Ryuu made them rise, tangling themselves in the Uchiha's legs. Once they covered the lower parts of his legs, upto the knees, Ryuu detonated them, aiming to destroy the clownish looking man's legs. That was his aim; there was no need to kill him. He only had to disable him from moving.

(Himitsu Kibaku Fuda no Jutsu) Hidden Explosive Tags Technique

Description:
The user does a sequence of 4 hand seals (Tiger → Rat → Bird → Snake) or slams his hand on the ground or surface. Using his chakra, he is able to stream a multitude of paper tags through the ground and use his chakra to keep them hidden from sight. As they stream towards the target, they are undistinguishable from the ground, seamlessly merged with it. Nearing the target, they rise from the ground, "crawling" up the target. As they wrap themselves in lairs around the target, the user can choose when to detonate them, making a quicker, weaker detonation or waiting for more paper tags to pile in the target and adding more damage.

However, Ryuu knew that his opponent would be able to sense the tags coming from the ground. So in preparation for his foe's escape, Ryuu jumped into the air, at the same time shooting three giant bullets of fire which came raining down upon Hisoka, before erupting into a geyser of flames. Ryuu would then land into a tree nearby.
