I then rapidly release another charge of chakra, which I also manipulate to turn into a powerful torrent of electricity.*

As I do this, I put my left hand near the lightning blade and stream some of the lightning onto the surface of my left hand. This divides the power of the lightning blade between my hands. When I reach your clone, I viciously slash into him with both blades, making him poof away.*

And I have a question about techniques like this. Do I need to perform chidori as a prerequisite for techniques that say that you perform a chidori in the description? I.E. This one and the A ranked ones such as chidori sharp spear.

For this one, yes, for others like chidori sharp spear, Chidori Senbon, and Chidori Stream no.

Although, all of these jutsu still require handseals, which people often forget. Only Sasuke, and Kakashi bios can perform these without handseals.

For this one, yes, which is why i don't really like using it.

It IS NOT a Genjutsu, but you can follow up by using a Genjutsu within the flash. So, when people say your being caught in a Genjutsu, they are wrong.

Perfect timing. Just learned Dragon Fireball. xd
*I begin by using Dragon Fire Ball jutsu. I direct several of these fireballs into the sky. The fireballs move into the sky and make a pressure system in which several large thunderclouds are created. Once the thunderclouds have been formed, I create a chidori in my hand. I then use the electrical power of my chidori to manipulate the electricity in the thunderclouds. I manipulate the electricity so that a bolt of lightning suddenly appears and strikes your clone, thoroughly destroying him.*

But always remember, when in a fight, you need to wait at least one whole turn for the fireballs to take effect. But, if you wait to long, your opponent can also take advantage of the newly created weather scenario, and in a flash turn your entire plan against you. So always be careful, and have a well thought out plan when trying to use Kirin. You'd be surprised out how many times people fail at using Kirin, including myself xd

*I take out a kunai and begin streaming my raiton chakra into it. Once the raiton chakra is inside my kunai, I begin manipulating the raiton chakra so that it rapidly vibrates (similar how electricity does when it's in an abstract state.) As I continue streaming chakra to keep the kunai vibrating, I approach your wall of earth and am easily able to slash through it with the kunai due to the enhanced cutting power.*

I then kick him with my left foot as he falls, as he is raised further from the ground, I punch him hard with my right fist, accelerating the rate at which he is moving into the air. I then gather chakra into my feet as I activate a chidori. I then release the chakra and jump into the air to his back side. I then slam the chidori into his chest, poofing him away.*
