Terrain: Konohagakure Training Grounds, three training logs behind you and behind me, there are two ponds to each side, and a 7 meter width and 10 meter long strip between us. Five meters behind the training logs is a ring of trees that form a sort of arena neither of us are able to pass that (The entire arena has a radius of 10 meters). Each pond has a radius of 5 meters.
Range: 10 m

"Hmph, I'm ready to see... I'm ready to see the results of my training." Mugen said with a determined look in his eyes, he unsheathed his sword and entered a fighting stance. Waiting for his opponent to start the battle.

"Hmph, I'm ready to see... I'm ready to see the results of my training." Mugen saying as he was his opponent, repeating his saying as Illumi molds chakra making eye contact. The determined look in his eyes, give Illumi the vibe he wasn't a regular shinobi, his opponent unsheathed his sword and entered a fighting stance. Illumi never being confident in close combat, he was disadvantaged if his opponent could attain close range to him. Exhaling, he draws several shurikens in his left hand, launching two first before send the last one to interact with both. The shurikens move to his opponents right sides aimed to slice the neck from both sides. He grabs two scrolls with his right hand, and summons tools/weapons that surely could harm severely, they float above him.

Now the summoned multi weapons connected with wire strings to his fingertips from one of the scrolls, he directs them towards his opponent in a stream formation. After the final weapon hits the opponent, Illumi uses the strings to make the weapons fly above his opponent. Moving his fingers to make the weapons spin, he then directs the weapons downwards to hit the opponent down into the ground again.

Description: The user uses two scrolls and makes multiple weapons come out from them and float in the air. After the final blade causes the opponent to fly up into the air, The user uses a chain to bring their opponent down to the ground and then hits them again with the weapons. Using this attack allows the user to summon more weapons than usual for subsequent attacks.

Mugen watches as his opponent launches two shuriken at him, at last the battle had begun. Mugen could see his adversary launch a third shuriken as if to manipulate the trajectory of the other two. However it wouldn't be enough Mugen simple dashed forward, pushing off his feet in order to evade the first two, he then swung his sword to knock the third shuriken into the ground. As his opponent drew out two scrolls Mugen smirked what could he possibly have up his sleeve. Suddenly a plethora of weapons appeared launched at him at high speeds. It seemed as though he was able to control them somehow, a glint of light reflected of what looked like some sort of string or wire. Mugen knew what he had to do, he suddenly dropped to the ground sliding beneath the weapons in order to get a better look at the wires. He did this while simultaneously channeling chakra into his blade in order to expel a red chakra wave to cut the wires, as the wires are cut he grabs one of the sword previously attached. As he rises from the ground and continues to run forward he launches that sword at his opponent, aimed at his torso. Upon reaching close range, he ducks to the ground with an open palm infused with lightning and suddenly rises hitting him square in the jaw and launching the opponent in the sky horizontally. He himself then jumped into the air aiming his sword downward to pierce his adversaries chest ending him and the fight.

With the shurikens having been sent, he'd see Mugen begin to dash to move toward him as he leaps off the ground. Now evading the two shurikens, while countering the last shuriken's course of attack. '..his fast enough' thinking as Illumi watching his opponent as they moved, he started to initiate his Manipulated Tools: Multi-Blade Chaos technique for attack. He saw his opponent make what would be a smirk, Illumi being a Uchiha nothing escaped his eyes. Sharp on detail, Uchiha watched carefully as his opponent started to deduce some plan. Sudden drop to the ground as some of the weapons started to near him, a red chakra wave came off his swing disabling the control of the weapons. This action evoked his Uchiha bloodline to start boiling within him. 'Ohhh, surprise me' thinking as he started to smile, his hair stylishly flowing from his fluid movements.

Now in the moment, the shinobi grabs one of the swords, Illumi's smile fades slowly keen on what would happen next. Pulling away from him the flushed out scrolls to the side. He places them swiftly with one hand as a Bukijutsu specialist (

) could do back into his pouch. With a alarming launching of the sword towards him, he leaps toward it just above the blade. However, not to simply evade the attack, he twists in mid-air above the blade and grasps the handle of the sword. Molding chakra while he aims at his target, he sends the blade back at them. This twisting 'C' curve throw makes a rotations that couldn't be tracked without 2T-level. This would separate his opponent in two, now with him landing. He proves his clan's signature jutsu, saying the name profoundly before releasing the jutsu quickly with one handseal and jutsu mastery of that chakra, harnessing control to make sustained as a gigantic ball of flames in front of himself. Now with his opponent having been in range close enough he spewed the gulf of flames.

( Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally. The fire ball can present itself in 2 forms: it can either be created by a stream of fire and sustained as a gigantic ball of flames in front of the user spanning up to short range or be released as a slightly smaller ball of fire which will travel towards the enemy up to mid range.

Mugen watched as the opponent suddenly jumped above his blade, spinning as if he were some sort of gymnast. Although it was surprising it was nothing worth praise. As the man grabbed the hilt of the blade Mugen, instantly jumped back whilst molding doton to cover his entire body quickly. The sword barely pierced his skin, Mugen removed the sword in his shoulder and reinforced the damaged area. Mugen touched his body lightening it considerable then pushed his feet off the ground at high speeds, making bounding leaps towards the opponent. As his opponent began to weave a hand-seal and inhale Mugen rushed pasted the flames his adversary spewed form his mouth and launched his fist into his opponents neck increasing the weight of the technique as he launched it. In order to break his opponents neck, and send him flying.

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B rank ninjutsu techniques but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

TL;DR

My arm starts to become heavy as I launch it, plus its reinforced by rocks, whilst the rest of my body moves at high speeds cause I used lightening.
