I believe all of the bijuu chakra is required for Rikudou Sage Mode. The Juubi was nature itself, upon being seperated into nine different chakra massess, they are still one with nature.

Hagoromo yang chakra was naturally mixed with the juubi's as its first jinchuriki. Now when Ahsura was born, he naturally inherited the sages yang chakra. This granted him the Body and allowed him to utilize the bijuu's chakra even though he wasn't their jinchuriki, similar to Naruto. When hagoromo bestowed his yang power(which includes juubi chakra) upon his son and naruto, they unlocked RSM.

Hagoromo clearly still has juubi chakra, as his form still resembles when he was juubi jin. Now notice, only juubi jins unlock RSM, like madara,obito,etc. No one else ever obtained this mode, not even hashirama due to lack of bijuu chakra.

Rikudou Sage Mode is when one harness the nature energy of the juubi/bijuu, thats why upon entering RSM Naruto was able to utilize all the bijuu power/kkg.

Hago and hamura was born with rsm due to kaguya having it.

Ashura was the meeting place of the biju, like Naruto, which is why he had kuramas chakra avatar.

People will argue that they need the jubi cause of kaguya being in it, but kaguya got her chakra from the Shinju which Is the jubi so that's false.

Hagos gift to Naruto was making him the meeting place for all the biju. Its been stated biju can send there chakra to someone from a distance.

Its all RSM. The cloaked form is RSM plus Bijuu's combined. Base RSM isn't combining the chakra of the Bijuu's into one.

Yet Hagoromo stated Ashura was born with nothing, and only later gained power though hard work, so no, Manga disagrees.
The 'Eyes' of the Sage and 'Body' of the Sage was changed. Hagoromo stated Indra got everything, and Ashura got nothing, though through hard work managed to gain power.
Hagoromo also stated that he gifted Ashura with power later on.

Nope. The only guy that has rikudo sage mode is naruto, since he's the only one to take Harogomo's chakra(or to be more specific juubi chakra ) and add more natural enegry to it.
