RSM Naruto + Rinnegan Sasuke + steroids = Juubi Jinchuriki Madara

RSM Naruto :

He has 50 % of Kurama , portion of other bijuus chakra and power and Rikudo senjutsu

Rinnegan Sasuke with Bijuu Perfect Susanoo :

He has Rinnegan, portion of Bijuus chakra (chakra he put inside his PS) and EMS.

Now look at JJ Madara

He has not just portion of Bijuus chakra but whole thing , Juubi , he has their entire power sealed inside him.

He has both double Rinnegan and EMS and Rikudo senjutsu power like Naruto and Sasuke.

But he has other steroids those 2 don't have :

Juubi , Shinju tree, Rinne Sharingan

With Juubi and Shinju tree he has way more chakra and firepower than those 2 , he also has amazing regenerative ability and nigh immortality.

With Rinne Sharingan he can cast IT and Shinjuu roots to trap victims and use their chakra thanks to Shinjuu roots.

As we see JJ Madara is simply stronger combination of Naruto and Sasuke

Sasuke can beat madara. Naruto. Sakura can beat him with her punch which injured kaguya horn. Itachi can blitz him with totsuka blade and repel limbo with yata mirror in thier own dimension since its ethereal and exists in all dimensions. Limbo is called a shadow of madara from another realm so yeah it'll be repelled. Totsuka blade will slice the juubi inside him and seal madara's abilities like it sealed the white snake's regeneration when it sliced it. It can seal things which it cuts and pierces, just that the piercing will warp the victim into the gourd.

Plot nerf is only when the character doesnt admit inferiority, but madara clearly admitted speed inferiority.
