My examples shown displayed that Sasuke was able to keep up with Naruto.

Oh yes, Naruto dodged Raikages "fastest punch". Sasuke would do the same if his Shunshin was as fast. Has nothing to do with strike speed and perception at all. Since he could perceive Juubito and react to him, he'd likely just duck under Raikage's attack or side-step him like SM Naruto did against Sandaime Raikage.

I never said Sasuke was so far below Naruto. How can he be? He has Sharingan. Of course his reflexes =/= Narutos. The difference I'm making is Naruto can feel chakra and sense while in Sage Mode. He really cant be snuck up on. Cuz if you enter the nature energy surrounding him he will notice and react.

With this I put Naruto a little above Sasuke when it comes to Reaction speed. Especially since he has more feats then Sasuke.

It's base as far as powers go. His Rinnegan is always active but if it's hidden under his hair and his Sharingan is off that's base.

Yea Naruto vs Sasuke with his Rinnegan eye closed and EMS gone still stalemated in taijutsu.

Boruto movie Naruto had some chakra taken and Sasuke Was also low on some chakra. Neither was 100% on chakra.

An exhausted Naruto? A dude that have full Kurama there is no way he'll be exhausted that fast even Momo got irritated because it was taking to long to try and drain his chakra.

Didn't use Rinnegan in the 2nd or 3rd scan either. Just EMS.

Both were weakened and lacked Rikudou's Chakra at the time, so Sasuke didn't really get to use his Rinnegan at all. It actually did nothing against Weakened Naruto as he could only use Preta Path. It was clear that Naruto needed clones to compete with 1 Eyed 3T Sasuke and he had access to Kurama's Chakra as well. This did not change when Sasuke refrained from using his Sharingan against Naruto completely, of course, this was when Taijutsu was only an option for Naruto.

Even then, this is such an unfair situation and it's entirely illogical to think Rinnegan Sasuke = Base Naruto w/ Kurama Chakra. Like seriously, even though Rinnegan Sasuke displayed reactions comparable to Naruto both prior and after Rikudou's Power Up and also possessed abilities on par with each other, you literally think Sasuke is so far below Naruto that Naruto doesn't need a Full Bijuu Mode or Senjutsu? Using your logic is like suggesting that Base Hashirama = Base Madara even though Base Hashirama could stalemate EMS Madara in CQC and has always competed with Madara w/ the Sharingan prior to obtaining Sage Mode.

The logic is severely flawed. Just because both were weakened is not enough to determine how well Sasuke fairs against Naruto.

Naruto + his kage bunshin(s). And possibly kurama's chakra? Though oddly enough all his bunshins went away from being hit by shurikens but a jab in the other one's chest it stayed long enough for Naruto to catch Sasuke off guard.

first scan, his sharingan is deactivated and Rinnegan isnt active. yes he used preta to absorb but the Rinnegan in general wasnt used during their cqc clash. and like wise he used preta when kurama was giving naruto chakra as you acknowledged.

second scan is 3t sasuke, no Ems, no Rinnegan

third scan, he has Ems but he used it for enton in his chidori simply for that last chidori and rasengan clash and not for cqc so its pointless. naruto countered his chidori enton with kuramas chakrad rasengan and not base, so it evens out.

none of this prove your point.

yes base naruto guarded against sasuke but that was simply a mere fist clash, nothing extended, afterwards naruto entered Rsm so not sure you can draw much conclusions from that.

the guy you quoted was referring to adult sasuke so all it means is that he improved himself more than naruto during the time skip. adult sasuke would def low dif adult base naruto considering his feats with a cloaked naruto.
