[Suggestion] RP suggestion: Custom Dojutsu

Alright, so my last thread here recieved mixed responses, though the feedback was all around great. So I was thinking, hey, if custom ms won't be a thing, why not custom dojutsu? I know, it would be incredibly op, and for multiple other reasons it is not allowed. The thing is, there are so many cool things that this could bring to the NB. So I feel there should be a rule on this. My suggestion is:
-CDojutsu(CD) should only be limited to custom clans and single bios (custom of course). This would limit the amount of people using it, as this would be allowed on only custom characters, and would prevent trading of the dojutsu like other customs. If you want your character to have it, fine. Others? Shoulda made a clan m8.
-Must Be at least S-Class to submit your own personal CD, and must be the clan founder to add a clan dojutsu. This would mean the founder would already need their own CD, and they could incorporate that CD into their clan.
-All CD must be A rank or higher of a technique
-CD must be submitted in the CJ submissions section.
Of course other rules might apply, and the ranks I gave might change depending on the feelings of the admins. Please tell me whatchu think.

To be honest, those Custom Doujutsu (CD) would just infringe on other canon Doujutsu and Customs.

@blue: Custom MS is a thing but they are hard to get and from what I have seen in NV are rightfully so.


@red: If you already know they all would be incredibly op then why even suggest them? My suggestion would be to rewrite and try to make mods and other members see that what you are suggesting is plausible and won't break the system.


@lavender: As they are dojutsu they would already be prevented from trading since the only way to get a dojutsu is through stealing the user's eye, which is only allowed on Danzo and Tobi bios from what I hear.


@orange: Seeing as a genetic ability is something only clans have all CD will automatically fall into KG. This means that you would have to be Sage rank, have your clan approved, and then CD approved for it to work. The S-Class suggestion if mods have read your other post sounds like a way to try and bend the rules around the current system/dilemma you are having with rank.


@green: The current three dojutsu all have abilities below A rank meaning that these customs would automatically over power cannon dojutsu in terms of basic users.


This is just what I think others may disagree. Don't get me wrong I would've love to have an original dojutsu but the way rp is now I don't see it ever happening because their abilities would just infringe on currently created cannon and CJ.

The Tenseigan just got introduced though, also i think custom sharingans cover most grounds of custom dojutsus. There once was a custom dojutsu but it was literally the most haxed thing the Rp has ever seen.

This is honestly a very well thought out response and I'm sure everyone agrees with this response.

It won't happen, that's not gonna change.

The only possible way to implement Custom Doujutsu would be via submission of a CC and as CC do not allow Custom doujutsu, there is no chance of this being added.

It pretty much has all already been explained. You can't just make up abilities and this is not only limited to doujutsu. Every custom thing you can make falls under a clearly defined category. The only category custom doujutsu can fall under are custom clans because a doujutsu is nothing more than a power locate in your eyes, the power on itself is not defined. CD however have been clearly not allowed as a CC ability as we already have enough canon ones and there's no reason to change that.

As CD fall under CC, all those restrictions you wrote are redundant as all CC related skills follow the same guidelines. It would be incredibly confusing to start installing different ones for CD.
