Most prolly it will be implemented. But it will be very Hard to pass it.

From the looks of it, it may be allowed only to RP Moderators and some sensei if at best. Not to mention, it would require proficiency in using the MS, which in itself is a very high caliber test. Don't count on getting it though even if you did end up becoming a RP moderator.
