Description: After Performing chidoir in mid air the user releases all of the lightning chakra to create a Giant Thunder bolt that can be shot at the opponent.

If the user releases all of the Lightning Chakra to create a thunderbolt, is this description actually saying that there can't be any usage of Lightning Jutsu for the rest of the match? I'm aware that chakra can be replenished by eating/resting, I don't think either is possible during battle. If my understanding is correct, I suggest "No more Ligtning Techniques for the rest of the Match" added as a restriction of the jutsu. Or chakra meaning that in the chidori.


Summary
Q: Is the description actually saying that there can't be any usage of Lightning Jutsu for the rest of the match?​

If the user releases all of the Lightning Chakra to create a thunderbolt, is this description actually saying that there can't be any usage of Lightning Jutsu for the rest of the match? I'm aware that chakra can be replenished by eating/resting, I don't think either is possible during battle. Well, I know Zen manages the Jutsu List, he wasn't on msn/NB so I just made a thread, Will vm/pm next time though.
