Rebellion and Chokuto of Kusanagi strapped on Sasuke's back
It was a typical sunny day, although the weather was nice, Sasuke wasn't the least bit happy, he was still grieving for his older brother's death, all the times they spent together, how Itachi used to flick Sasuke's forehead when he wanted to postpone something, Sasuke felt the agony within him, but suddenly his thoughts were cut off, the presence of someone strong was near, he felt it in his gut "Purely cosmetic LOL", this weird feeling like something pushing against his whole body, Sasuke wondered what this person could be, it's a feeling that he never felt before, it was weird that Sasuke activated his 3 Tomoe Sharingan on impulse alone, perceiving the world through the famed Uchiha's bloodline limit, and exploring the person drawing closer.
Who are you?
Sasuke wondered as he asked his opponent, perceiving his body through the Sharingan, his chakra circularity system seemed fine, like any other ninja for that matter, but what is this feeling? the feeling that he can't shake, typically, Sasuke awaited an answer from the stranger, with his right palm placed on the tip of his Chokuto of Kusanagi strapped onto his back, getting ready for any hostility.

Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

The Regent knew the boy was a warrior and by this time the Regent himself had too been revealed.
"Sorry there my boy, didn't mean to alarm you." The Regent said, stepping to the side as he proceeded to walk on past Sasuke.
"Unfortunately though I don't have, what one would call, a 'conventional' name anymore. You may call me the Regent." The Regent didn't bother asking for Sasuke's name, he wasn't concerned with the presence of the shinobi.
"Say, you wouldn't know where I could find a small town nearby?" The Regent stopped beside Sasuke's right side but didn't turn to look him into his eyes, he kept his forward, "I'm looking for some food that I don't have to kill or find myself." The Regent's tone was light and rather friendly despite his abnormal get up, but his question to Sasuke was sincere.

Seeing the man talking, Sasuke felt this feeling of comfort and warmth envelop him, a feeling that he has been a long time since Sasuke felt this way, the Regent as he called himself made Sasuke feel like that, it was....how could Sasuke describe it...he couldn't actually, as Sasuke heard the man talking.
So your looking if i have some food for you? well, i do, but i don't really share it, get your own...
With a bit of hostility, Sasuke said those words, while still wanting to know the secrets of this man, he seemed powerful, a bit like Naruto actually, as Sasuke remembered Naruto, a burst of anger went through him, his eyes widened as he remembered the past events, although he felt anger, he also felt suspicious of the Regent, with his eyes latching onto him, as if Sasuke was monitoring his chakra circularity system to see if there's any activity, to make sure there's no surprise attacks happen from the stranger.
It's good that i have these eyes, they can see everything....

The words echoed throughout the mind of Sasuke, though blinded by anger and hatred for his brother, made that wondering thoughts irrelevant, his face was intense as always, as he heard the words of the Regent, he instantly remembered his brother, how Konoha have treated him, and how the elders made him bear the burden of the Uchiha clan, as he heard the words, even though the man was fairly soothing and calm in his words, it only made Sasuke's anger grow stronger, his words have hit the jackpot, touching Sasuke's core emotions.

Blinded by hatred, Sasuke unleashed a barrage of serpents moving out of his sleeve towards the Regent, the snakes making loud screechy noises as they move towards him, although Sasuke was driven by pure hatred, he didn't want to attempt and kill the man, he didn't want to dishonor his brother's death by killing a man that has his back facing him, the snakes released out of Sasuke's sleeve attempt to wrap around the body of the Regent, in order to incapacitate his upper body, forcing his arms to the sides of his body, as Sasuke continued talking.

Description: Senei Jashu is a Ninjutsu technique that manifests a torrent of snakes, which extend from the sleeve. The ninja can extend these snakes to attack a target. Once extended the snake can bite into the target to hold and bind them.
Note: Must be able to summon snakes

At that point the hissing of the snakes emerging from Sasuke's were heard and the Regent, with his hands by his side grabbed onto the handles of his chakra blades. The snakes proceeded to wrap around the Regent but just before they could converge half way around, the crimson red of the chakra blades shot down and swiftly came up on either side of the Regent as he raised his arms. The blades effortlessly cut through the snakes like butter, the chakra emitting intense heat enough to cleanly slice through them. What Sasuke saw was an arch of red chakra cutting through the snakes as the Regent brought both his hands up above his head where his two blades crossed.
"Now now, that's rather irresponsible of you, using your summons in such a careless manor. I hardly believe you'd be that careless with the creatures you are in a contract with." The Regent said this as he turned back around to face Sasuke. He also brought his blades down, keeping their blade's crossed pointing downward.
"As for your inquire, I know much about you Sasuke Uchiha. I understand a lot of things about you. I'm only offering my suggestions,"

As the snakes attempted to wrap around the man, soon they were all chopped down by some kind of chakra weapon, blood being spilled onto the ground and the snakes cut to pieces, then a cloud of smoke suddenly erupted as the snakes vanished along with the blood, reverse summoning to the Ryūchi cave. Sasuke was fascinated at the skill of the Regent in manipulating his chakra, radiating rather a scorching heat, even though it doesn't have the characteristics of Fire Release chakra, it's more intense, and pure, not to mention evil, it was so unlike the aura released from the Regent, a calm and warm one.
I don't know how you know about me, or how do you know my name, but don't ever assume to know what i have gone through.
Said in quite an offensive voice, Sasuke put his right hand on the hilt of his Kusanagi sword, preparing for a showdown, he wanted to know more about the power of the Regent, this mysterious power that he has, see it with his Sharingan, maybe fate had a part in this, the destined match was about to start, Sasuke took the Chokuto of Kusanagi out of it's hilt, holding it in a reverse grip manner, while flowing a chidori in it's blade, raising it's cutting capabilities to the max and making the blade release a sound that's similar to Chidori, albeit on a smaller scale.
(Kusanagi no Tsurugi: Chidorigatana) – Grass Cutter Sword: One Thousand Birds Katana

Description: The user flows Chidori current through a katana in manner similar to flying swallow technique. The Radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, the body of the person cut by the sword goes numb, taking away their freedom of movement.
The Regent laughed at Sasuke's aggressive tone toward him.
"Sasuke...my dear child, you certainly are nothing to assume about." The Regen's laughter was still present yet it progressively died down while he spoke his words. He eventually stopped and paused for a moment "Blindfolded I could read you like a book" his tone was more serious, more ominous yet his projected energy was still neutral.
As Sasuke clutched his blade the Regent brought his left blade up horizontally out in front of his eyes. As if to emphasize his last statement.

As Sasuke saw the Regent holding a blade horizontally in front of his eyes, completely ignoring what the Regent's words, Sasuke used a small portion of his earth chakra, releasing it below the Regent's location and spanning 3 meters with the Regent being the epicenter, suddenly the Earth starts shaking, causing the Regent to somehow lose his balance, but not completely to fall onto the ground, this was used so that when the tremor was made, the hand holding the blade in front of his eyes moves the blade away, even for a split second revealing his eyes for Sasuke.

Description: The user will concentrate and release their chakra into the ground to create a small tremer that can result in making the enemies lose their footing and fall to ground or miss the aim of a given technique.
With the eyes of the Regent being seen by Sasuke, even if it's for a split second which is all what Sasuke needs, a genjutsu was instantly triggered by Sasuke's Sharingan, although a weak genjutsu, it was only used to see the Regent's abilities, when the genjutsu is triggered, six copies of Sasuke manifested all around of the Regent, taking hold of him and detonating simultaneously, fooling the Regent's sight, what is really happening is that Sasuke threw a barrage of six kunais attached to explosive tags towards, which is what detonates, the kunais are actually summoned out of a sealing tag that exists around Sasuke's right wrist, making them thrown much faster.

Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal basic ninja tools, like shurikens, kunais, swords, etc into sealing marks placed on their clothes or their body. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks". The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced and one can unleash a barrage of weapons with great speed in a small time window. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. Sasuke even shown that you can have the weapons connected to wires and linked to their sealing marks and used the technique in sealing marks he placed in his wrist bracers.
Note: Can summon up to 30 basic tools per sealing mark and can have up to 2 sealing marks.
Holding the Chokutō of Kusanagi in his right hand, still in a reverse grip manner, Sasuke watches what happens.
The ground began shaking all of a sudden and the Regent dropped to his right knee just below. He lowered his center of gravity but as this happened he noticed the the copies of Sasuke beginning to appear rushing him. Using his right chakra blade he swung releasing a vortex of wind around his body which caught the kunai in its wake before they would even deonate and shot them away, detonating away from the Regent.

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.
"My my, no answer? Well I suppose you don't much care about that now do you"
Just after the Regent released the wind he began to rise, closing his eyes,
"I'm especially fond of genjutsu though it's a pity it doesn't always work on me the way people expect it too. Nevertheless I don't much care to be caught in them myself. How how well is your kenjutsu and taijutsu there kiddo?"
The wind died down as Sasuke stood and watched. The Regent mocked him by challenging his taijutsu while keeping his eyes closed.
