[Suggestion] Rp Events?Ideas!

With all due respect we really can't use anything you just said. It pretty much comes down to you saying to use 'do something', which isn't really helpful.

I have countless of ideas, like the NB Lottery I recently hosted, but having ideas is easy, making them work however is a different matter altogether. Many of these things require a lot of work and time to be successful, but many people think it all just happens naturally without a hitch and most of the time they just look at the good aspects. We've often received the critic that we never listen to suggestions and that we just shoot them all down. Well yeah the first thing that always should be done is to see what the disadvantages are of the idea, something that continuously gets ignored.

If you have a suggestion, be sure you thoroughly explain it, but just saying random stuff isn't useful. Chunin and jounin exams are just tournament variations, which from time to time are always hosted, and neither chunin nor jounin have any particular special position in our RP.

Alright,Alot of People Like the Roleplay Side of NB.
I am One of those,But it can get even better.
I suggest thinking of this,as it can get more members to roleplay!

First of all.
If there is going to be a RP Event.
I Suggest All the Rp Mods to Create new Bios
Bios For the Sake of The event.
Kinda Like:
Uchiha Madara creates a Custom Bio.
he then Forms a Temporary Group of All the Mods Who want to Join in.
Then The Mods Declare War to the Villages.


And if this happens,I have a Feeling that a Sort of,Health(?) System for the Villages Should be Created.
When Certain People Reach the Inner Village,They Can Use Jutsu on the Buildings Themself.
Thus Damage gets Done to the Village.

I got Multiple Event Ideas Just Like above.

1. The Akatsuki Manage to Gain the 9 Tailed Beasts
Yes,I Know that Not all Tailed Beasts are taken yet.
So I Suggest that the akatsuki has to do Battle tests to gain the Non Used Tailed Beasts.
The ones that are used need to be Faught as well.
And If The Tailed beasts are taken,I Would Like The 10 Tails to Arrive.
The Ten Tails will Rampage around,From Village to Village.
Or The leader of Akatsuki Seals the Ten Tails in himself.
In any way,The akatsuki Go around,Killing and such.
The Kages have to Decide if they Want to Work Together against the Ten Tails.
Then it Ends with a Massive thread against the Akatsuki.

2. Corruption
A man Has Released a Jutsu That has Corrupted Ninja in a Village.
These Ninja Will be Chosen by the Mods.
It will be a quite large group(20 Ninjas or So)
These Ninja Get a Small(Not too Big) powerup.
And then they can Use a Jutsu To Corrupt more Ninja.
Once everyone is Corrupted,Those Ninja Win.
The origininal Corrupted Ninja Gain a Award or Something.

3.When Mods Take Revenge
Just Like the Idea Way Above.
The Mods Create a Temporary permission group.
As the Mods Create Custom Bios.
(Sensei Could Possibly Join in if there aren't enough mods)
The Mods would Declare War.
Just Like a Temporary Village.
Except,using the Village Health System,They Would Attack The villages.
Destroying Them.

+ Idea:
If the Mods Make a Custom Character for that.
It would be Cool That it would Only use One Sort of Jutsu.
Like: One Mod's Custom Char would Only use Space and time Ninjutsu.
The Other one Yin And yang,Then one Lava Release,Steel Release,Dark Release ETC

I love this idea. It would be nice to see Akatsuki in action and look at the war based on an RP'ing perspective.

Although this idea is awesome,the mods will never agree.i think SOME MODS will be very angry and looking for scape goats (thats their attitude,it aint new here), I guess the mods are having a hard time presently. I know that not all mods are friendly but there are still a few you could look up to. There are GOOD mods and there are BAD ones too. Except from the mods participation aspect,i totally agree,the base would be a lot fun and power and strength stratification will end. ( support)

The "Mods" gave you a Sandbox Section for you to RP. What is preventing you from fully utilizing it? Especially the second one, why not gather your village and explain the event to them. Explain them that you will select a percentage of them to become "corrupted" and create a story where the rest of the villagers have to either kill them or save them.

You can alter the rules to some extend, if all the participants agree with them. You don't even have to have mods approving your event, you just need to play nice and enjoy yourself. I mean, what's preventing you from stating, in the beginning of the battle, that all the corrupted bios have a +10 damage point increase to like ninjutsu. Who cares, it's for a one time event. You can even put the rule that if a "corrupted" bio is defeated, the bio dies (or gets cured, your choice) and if a "normal" bio dies at the hands of the "corrupted" and have to start battling against other "normal" bios. Then go at it until everyone is corrupted, normal or dead, whatever floats your boat.

You don't need Mods to do everything for you. Especially after giving you free world where you can create whatever event you want. I mean, if you're only doing it inside your village, there isn't even a battle restriction, you guys can all fight for ever, if you're having fun.


Just gather a group of people, create a story, and then have fun rping it out. Stop pestering the mods to do stuff you're too lazy to do yourself.

Lili does have a point. Ninja World is a "free world" where you can pretty much organize anything you wish for. As long as you don't break rules or start using abilities you don't have or start using NPCs without permission.

We exist to oversee the system, not to make it work on every single little detail. There are certain things only we can do which normally revolve around tournaments or events which have official prizes (ability permissions, etc) but for stuff like that, its the members who need to make it work and come up with ideas. I mean, why not stage a coup inside your village and take it by storm from the inside out? Why not go rogue and taunt your fellow villagers to hunt you down? Why not make a noodle stand outside your village and sell noodles?

I understand that there is a sense of security and...well... confort on asking us to do it all but we can't. The RP is made of 2 parts: the staff (which oversees the system, creates the rules in which it works and enforces them and keeps the "game engine" working) and the players (who use the rules, the abilities, the "game engine" and make it work). If the players don't play, we can't force them to play.

This is not a moaning thread. Either say something useful or don't post. If you don't agree with her post, take it to her directly to show your discontent. No rules were broken and, just as you didn't actually spewed any insult, she hasn't either. So refrain from instigating such in thread arguments.

For the first thing, the only thing I can say is that the Shinju rules will be made and will encompass something of the sort. I cannot tell any more about it but the fact that some of the bijuu already have hosts (members who possess the bios) make it hard to achieve it as an RP event for the NW.

For the fact that members are trustworthy...well... I don't think the issue is trust. The issue is that most of these things end up forgotten or simply "stall" and begin to lose momentum so people don't actually put that much effort into it. I still have faith though that such things can be achieved in the RP though.

Village health system? well that should be for Madara Uchiha. Lets wait for his reply as thats really his field.

I'm doing some stuff within Kirigakure at the moment which will hopefully lead to the Akatsuki no longer being "just a group of Elite RP'ers" as you put it. Hopefully giving them purpose will allow for a more flowing experience ot just for my own village, but everyone elses as well.

Most of the infractions I've had have been from trying to create legit stories for people to get involved with, then the stories are labeled spam and removed forever.

Themed events and such... My valentines day thread being the main argument in this situation. I still don't know why that wasn't allowed xD

So yeah, there are limits to what can be done in the NW... And let's face it, who uses Konoha Town as a canon thing on this base?

When mods interfere with legitimate Rp, do not feel powerless. Not only are there more mods in the section, for you to protect yourself with, there's also, ultimately, the RP Admin.
