Well, I guess it could be considered OP if things get out of hand. But either senseis or mods would make sure the CT training wouldn't be too far-fetched, and the rule that one can only have one CT in effect (Maybe per bio, since different characters specialize in different things), would make it more doable.
Yeah i started thinking about this half way through the second page, their could be a sertain number of them allowed like the CE's u can only have 2 that u made and u can have 3 co-creator of other ones (I dont think y numbers here are right but meh...) meaning u could take the training of a certain amount of the "CT's" and have only afew.

Ok.

So basically say Alucard is head of a Speed training Dojo. All those who participate get a CJ that increases their speed to that of Rock Lee without Weights.

That CJ cannot be used unless it is at the beginning of the battle.

It also wouldnt count as one of the 3 moves in a turn for the user as it is a preset speed for them. They dont have to take off weights, its just an already increased speed for them.

If you are in a fight with no CJ's Allowed, then you cannot use the technique.

Name: Alucard Speed Enhancement Training Boost
Type: Supplementary
Rank: D
Chakra : 0
Damage : +20 to speed
Range: Self
Description: User, having gone through Alucard's rigorous speed training, has increased their speed to that of Rock Lee without Weights.
Note: This technique does not count as a move in the user's first turn.
Note: Can only be used in the first turn of a battle that allows CJs.

There could be one for Handseals, Strenght, Speed.

Is this what you were going for?
Yeah, you seem to get it xD. Kinda like that

I think we should create like a define amount of custom training, with specific boosts. Something like special packs. One would only be allowed to have 1 pack, and would only be able to learn it after a certain amount of posts. For example:

Taijutsu Pack:

Name: Taijutsu Maggot
Founder: Pwn T. Hemall
Increased Abilities: +5 Taijutsu, +5 Weapon Play
Training Method: Etc
Requirements: Jounin

Name: Taijutsu Expert
Founder: Pwn T. Hemall
Increased Abilities: +10 Taijutsu, +10 Weapon Play, Enhanced Speed and Reflexes.
Training Method: Etc
Requirements: S-Ranked

Name: Taijutsu Master
Founder: Pwn T. Hemall
Increased Abilities: +15 Taijutsu, +15 Weapon Play, Enhanced Speed, Reflexes and Strength.
Training Method: Etc
Requirements: Kage

Name: Taijutsu Pwner
Founder: Pwn T. Hemall
Increased Abilities: +15 Taijutsu, +15 Weapon Play, Enhanced Speed, Reflexes and Strength. Ability to project one's spirit, making it seem as if one has 2 extra pair of hands which can wield weapons, once per battle.
Training Method: Etc
Requirements: Sage
That would be a training trough stages, kinda like Kirabi did^^ And it makes sense. So, following the template, using Kirabi's training method (i hope he doesn't mind), you may get what i'm trying to do.

Name: Shuurai Tekken Do [Way of the Lightning Strike Fist]
Founder: Kirabi
Increased Abilities: Increases reflexes, reaction time and speed
Training Method: The paradoxical nature of the practice of this style is the fact that despite being called the 'Way of the Lightning Strike Fist,' practitioners of Shuurai Tekken Do are known for their meticulously, almost languidly slow pace during practice. A simple movement bringing a fist across the chest from left to right may take up to a full minute or more in practice, but therein lies the difficulty itself. During all movements, muscles are constantly tensed and released without exerting much outward motion, thus making the slowness of the style the way in which it tones the body. Many practitioners choose to hold large buckets filled to the very brim with water while practicing, hoping to attain a sort of rigid fluidity, a statement that highlights the paradox present in the style's practice. In combat, however, the practitioner demonstrates exactly what this type of practice does for his or her close combat ability. As the practitioner progresses, the laboriously slow practice tones the muscles in such a way that muscle reaction times are increased exponentially with every level of the style achieved. Thus, in a combat situation, the practitioner spends the fight attacking with extremely quick single hits and flurries and then backing off, rapidly responding to any counter-attacks made, and then repeating the process ad lib. When mastery of this style is attained, some users have been known to appear to stand still while their opponent is mysteriously ravaged and bloodied when coming near to them. Despite the general lack in strength exhibited even by masters of this style, it is still a wholly destructive art.
There are multiple levels of training and each one, increases even more your reaction time and speed

Shokidankai: Arashinomaenoshizukesa [Initial Stage: The Calm Before the Storm]
-description of the training here-
Initial stage and introduction to the Way of the Lightning Fist

Nidankai: An'unteimei [Second Stage: The Gathering Stormclouds]
-description of the training here-
-What benefits does the train give to you/what abilities does this stage of train give you here-

Sandankai: Yorunotobari [Third Stage: The Veil of Darkness]
-description of the training here-
-What benefits does the train give to you/what abilities does this stage of train give you here-

Yodankai: Haizename [Fourth Stage: The Torrential Rain]
-description of the training here-
Increased reflexes, speed and reaction time. A normal person cannot keep up with the user's movements at close range unless he is at least a taijutsu specialist

Saishuudankai: Tekken Tenrai no Raijin [Final Stage: The Divine Fist of Raijin]
-description of the training here-
Once this last stage is done, one attains great reaction time, speed equivalent of Rock Lee without weights and body movements so fast and fluids someone needs to be a taijutsu master or have the aid of doujutsu to keep up with them properly in close range

Requirements: Self explanatory i guess

So basically, this would be your own martial art i think. You would submit your own martial art, such as a fighting style (since there is only strong taijutsu and gentle fist). Then your martial art/fighting style (which can also involve weapons), would give you its respective advantages to you.

Yes, I understand what you mean. I was thinking more of power boost packs xd
It will boost your power, depending on the training and fighting style. But i think that +15 may be too much, specially in so many areas. This would mainly be for you to specialize more in something.
