Set it up in NW so that he get's every loophole ability possible, Rinnegan oro absorbed Obito with MS/Rinnegan, find away to give him puppet abilities and make all of his paths, puppets that have their own paths. Super op shiz, NB the hell out of it, I'd like this person to be Xylon tho he isn't active, so maybe Scorps or Vincent for the added C.E's or let an rp mod be on an alt created by an admin that has max rank, every nb ability attainable and a few C.E's from the custom element's thread of their choosing, won't be officially the alt's, it's just for this event. Acquire a few old slightly inactive RP'ers. Have every village in nw go against this person and his paths. Then, get the 7 swordsmen to show, don't stop there tho, get Zenryoku and Caliburn active in the NW RP. Side by side Samurai abilities, most ballin shit right there. Then, find a way to get Goro and SY into the mix, SY & Scorps side by side wood abilities. Goro, LoK, Lili, Zero, side by side gates. You get it, group people up in the most epic way possible. Make a thread for each path and the main villain (So like 6-7 threads), anyone can join in on it. Those who do well in this event get tourney prizes.

A superboss sounds cool, but having so many abilities stacked into it will pretty much ostracize a lot of people from the event, and make it a bit too elitist.
Maybe something simpler ability wise could work, for instance a super boss that mimics the abilities of those that it's fighting. So if it's only fighting a ninja with one element mastered it will likewise be limited to just that. But somehow give it the advantage or edge over the opponent, maybe a +20 to all of their techniques or something. Of course in the case of multiple enemies, it would assimilate and empower all of their abilities for it's use.
So theoretically, the stronger the challenger, the stronger the boss.
That way these bosses would be defeat-able by the most custom endowed RP'rs, or even the Ninja's who've yet to complete the basic 5.

Maybe just have an event where people exchange abilities. If I were to fight someone with my Isabella Uchiha bio, I'd have my opponent's abilities and customs, while my opponent would have my custom MS, CE's etc.
