Description:
In question of an opponent’s move a user will envision a court room. Time will then instantly stop. The user and the opponent will be transported to a court room where no jutsu or weapons can be used. A judge will then arrive to a podium in front of the user and opponent. A jury will also arrive and take their seats to the side of the judge. The user will then state their case opposing the opponents move in the same post as this jutsu is used. The opponent will do the same in the following post if they so choose to do so. If the opponent chooses not to state their case they will just post "I have nothing to say your honor". The jury will then leave the courtroom to deliberate until a verdict has been reached. The judge will deliver the verdict to the user and the opponent in the next post and they will then be transferred back to the battle field in their last positions at the instant time was stopped. They will have no recollection of this trial ever occurring. The battle will continue from that point on with respect to the verdict.
Note: The jutsu does no damage or causes any affect to the user or the opponent other than what is stated in the verdict.
Note: Can only be taught by Perception.
