Description:
By using the Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique to quickly move around the battlefield, the user appears out of the ground and attacks foes with a Sword or Shuriken. Thanks to the concealment imparted by the ground, the user can pop up anywhere unexpectedly on the battlefield to ambush opponents. Few opponents are prepared to defend themselves from attacks originating beneath them, and this technique excels at exploiting that weakness.

Yeah, I mean Zen didn't create the jutsu list to begin with and Caliburn didn't check CEs and bios like a mad man when not testing in RL. Those things never happened. Roku never checked CEJs, neither did Rei or Ragnaroc or Nexus or Riku. I agree yes Scorps has done things for the RP and he has gone out of his way to do so, but a volunteer at a homeless shelter doesn't scream "I FED YOU, THANK ME! I don't care if you don't like the food I can accept that but I made it."

I have never once seen any other mod play the "I did this or I did that card." and I've also never seen them go out of their way to mention it multiple times. Eh this is just me and you can ban me from this thread or infract me for voicing my opinion but what I just said isn't as bad as what other people in this thread have before me.

You dont see other mods playing a card? Tell me what other mod besides Madara and Scorps actively post and interact with the rp community?

Do you see Madara mentioning what he does for the RP I haven't? Zen always spoke openly and honestly with everyone and never once did he say "Yeah I made and edited the CJ list now thank me." Multiple mods posted and spoke to the normal members you make it sound as if they're gods looking down on us from above not volunteers who donate their time to make this place work. I indeed appreciate every mod, smod and admin that has done anything for the RP and honestly without each and everyone we wouldn't be where we are today.

I'll say it again, I respect Scorps for what he does and even if I disagree with him I'll take any decision he makes as he is a mod a volunteer who makes this place work for me a common member. Show me where another mod has said "I did this and I've done that." I don't care if you disagree with me, that's your opinion and I respect your opinion but I also have my own opinion and I've stated it nothing more.

as for the first bold who? Xylon has like 1 post in the q&a thread, literally one post i believe. Caliburn never talks to the community as a whole or posts like that unless hes turning a suggestion down, neither does reborn since he became a mod, have you ever seen riku or roku or vincent or jinbei come in a thread and just pal around in the last like.. year? Since I started rp'ing ive never seen mods really interact with the community as much as those two do and its coming up on a year now. They cant coast off the golden days forever lol. But i suppose this isnt even what this is about.

Scorps wasnt even saying it as if showing off in the first place. KE said nothing in the rp ever changes and scorps said he works on the rp all the time, which he has. Fair point to make I'd say. How is that bragging to you? You talk about ME comparing the rp mods to gods but your quoting zen and raising him up as if he's jesus himself and its a quote from the bible lol

I think you're reading too much into this. Scorps was merely stating his displeasure at a member being rather disdainful towards the RP that he has put effort into to work. It has nothing to do with him playing any type of card; he just feels that after spending so much of his own free time to help better our RP community, you'd think it'd be a bit more appreciated. I'd feel the same way if someone suggested not much has changed in areas that I helped to better regulate and make more RP friendly. It's human nature; we want our work to be recognized, not torn down. Perhaps McRazor's statement was extreme, but that doesn't make Scorps' work any less valuable or his point any less relevant. If you worked, say in real life, at a corporate office and you invested 3 years into making your business's policies better and more efficient and a co-worker on a ground level says that not much has changed, would you not feel as if your work is being undermined? Either way, this isn't the appropriate place to discuss the work a mod has done or his attitude towards the community or w/e. That conversation should be taken to VM and/or PM or even Skype.

And the reason you won't here me talk much about what i've done or haven't done is simple: I follow Taoist views about things. If you read my profile message, you will find a small message about various rulers, which is something I believe to be true:

That's from the Tao te Ching, which I follow as well as Reborn. It's essentially stating that the best ruler is the one that the people do not even recognize as a leader, but as one of the people. I don't place myself on a pedestal above anyone as I see myself as better as no one (those that know me can attest to me stating myself to only be good at things and not best at anything) so I'm able to stay grounded and a part of the community I grew with. By being grounded and in touch with the community, anything I "accomplish" is the work of the community. All work I do and complete is work of the people as they generally are the ones that help me with this work.

The hand itself is the size of a fully grown human male. Capable of completely wrapping around the neck of a fully grown human male. The hand takes no more than a a second or two to form. But the chakra must first spread throughout the battlefield, which takes one turn) The hand will then travel at the opponents neck at the speed of a wind infused kunai and begin to wrap around the it. Choking the target leaving him unable to breathe. This will also cause the targets vision to become blurry due to the force of the grip. Description: The user releases 90% of their remaining chakra into a force known as the user's "Dying Will", the user's 5 senses are pushed to the Max, also it greatly increases the users reaction time dramatically improved ten fold, but this jutsu takes alot of pressure on the user's body
Note: can only be used once per battle
Note: only lasts 3 turns
Note: after using this jutsu is cancelled, the user can only used B and below ranked jutsu

I get to see, hear, smell, taste, and feel (physical touching type feel) better, and I can react quicker, though it doesn't increase my tracking ability so I can only react to what I see with greater speed. All of that is for 3 turns, and then I'm screwed.
Like, if I could fight through pain with it, and not care about my own death in this state, it could have some redeeming qualities. As it stands, when I'm using it, I'm very vulnerable to light (bright or not, it'll be bad for me), loud noises, bad smells (Naruto farting in front of Kiba. <.<), as well as small pains becoming much more severe than they are.

Description: The user applies a sealing formula to a case of sorts (the 'case' doesn't necessarily have to be a case. It can be a letter, door, scroll, jar, box, suitcase, etc. Anything that can be opened can have the seal applied to it. After applying the seal, it seems to disappear on the object but is still there, just no longer visible. Seemingly doing nothing, the seal allows the user to know if the object has been opened. Once the object is opened, the seal is broken and the user is mentally alerted.

since the earth used is made from the users chakra it can cut through C rank earth.

(Raiton: ranpu suicchi) Lightning release: Light Switch

Description: The user will form a two handseals and use their raiton chakra to adjust the brightness of Raiton based techs. It can make raiton techniques of B rank and up bright enough to blind the opponent and the user of course (if the user doesn't close their eyes while making the handseals). Due to speed of the light being adjusted which is a flash that stays light up for 3 seconds or until the lightning attack hits or is over and instantly fades back to normal the opponent can't just simply close their eyes as they don't know it's going to happen. Once the target is blinded they will stay that way for one turn.
- This does not increase the power of raiton techs, only adjusts the brightness.
- Can only be used twice per match.
- Must use a lightning technique of B rank or higher before using this jutsu. B rank due to the size and amount of electricity that's in B rank techs that C rank techs lack.
- Must skip a turn before using again

Description: After using a technique that causes rain to fall from the sky, the user will then push chakra to their feet and will be able to push off of the drops of water with their feet, tho they must be quick when doing so. This jutsu derives from a ninja's ability to walk on water no matter how thin or small the water source is so it does not require suiton chakra to perform, this is just a more intense version the requires fast reflexes and movement to accomplish.

Notes:
- The user can move freely on the water drops.
- Must know my "Jeet Kun Do" in order to perform this as it allows you to move a limb in the blink of an eye.
