Franklin is more mobile, but Mauk is pretty mobile as well. Mauk has one hell of an arm though.

What jutsu is the permanent change?

I literally laughed out loud when I saw that ce idea. xD



On another note, would it be weird of me to try and go for eig when I haven't completed the basic five yet? I have tai jutsu completed.

That is a very easily answered question. NB is an old man. Set in his ways, hard headed, and unwilling to move on things that in the "old days" would be blasphemous. He wont budge a bit on progressive things and he looks down on newer ideas and people. We cant leave the old man, as hard headed as he is, because he is our grandpa and we feel obligated to help him in his waning days. So we just learn to tolerate and accept him

I think thats a great analogy of lots of things that go on here

That is something you'll need to bring up with Caliburn as he is the head of the RP and the person who is in charge and has been in charge for the last 4 years or so of bios.

I have my own personal opinion about it but Caliburn has already explained it clearly to ZK, his reasoning and motives. Its not "just because" keotsu. You may not agree and I can understand that not everyone has to agree with everything. But the "just because" argument would be if the answer to that suggestion had been "no." and no further explanation had been given.
