Tobirama test seems quite straightforward imo, be efficient with water release as well as lightning. Be smart with FTG. RP his character like a badass. Also just be tactical through out the test and show case strategy.

Sensory, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Suiton. Pressure your opponent and use the Sword of the Thundergod sparingly. I have read over everyone's test so far and Mathias did the best imo.

Edit: Forgot you might want to use that BoD genjutsu. I forgot Tobirama used it in the anime. :|
