I think Scorps and Madara can't be in villages because they are NW mods. Scorps used to be in Konoha, and I remember Madara left Akatsuki when he became a mod

And yes, Yasmine, JuubiGod is partially right. Scorps left Konoha to help overlook the NW and I had to leave Akatsuki to become Godara the NW Mod. Now, we both are able to look inside all 6 villages + Akat and the Samurai, though Scorps isn't a Mod primarily for the NW, he's just able to look into the forums, if that makes sense lol

well, they can join a village, but when they do, they can't check other villages anymore. Like ehm..dunoo.. Vincent. He's in ame, but if he leaves ame, he might be able to check all villages. That's what I think

No, we can't join any villages lol. We also can't regularly RP in the NW, since it'd be seen as unfair and lead to possible corrupt mod complaints, whether unbased or not. It's the price to pay for being a mod for the NW, I suppose.
