Back to the village Comparisons. I just want to let you ALL know, not like you haven't noticed, Kumo is byfar the strongest village with various skilled members. A close 2nd is Iwa who I respect to the utmost.

As far as Rankings when based against other villages, it would go as follows:

Kumo- Kumo/Iwa
Kiri
Ame
Konoha
Grass Village
Sound Village
Roku's Cave
That last Tourny tho
Suna.

Honestly, Me, Daemon, Broly, and Gats would Solo them as well as Blizzard, Erzo, Baldy, and Muten would. >_>

Depends on how skilled the customs user is and/or how powerful his customs are.

If his customs are mediocre, the canon guy wins.

If his skill is less than decent, the canon guy wins.

If his arsenal his overpowered but he/she is unskilled. Tough to call z.z

300 customs, there's not a canon technique to defend EVERYTHING that is custom, even if you do, you'll put yourself at a great disadvantage as it would probably take more than 1 jutsu.

Apparently i can't have a CW on Minato cause he has custom kunai, and i can't make customs using bijuu chakra cause he's not a real Bijuu like Naruto....Lel.

I disagree. Minato and Naruto both have half of Kurama sealed inside them, so that means if Minato isn't a jinchuriki, Naruto isn't one either. U_U I VMed Scorps about it but he said that Minato does not count as a jinchuriki because he wasn't shown using Kurama's power in his lifetime.
