Depends on who you fight and how you fight/knowledge of the human body helps a lot as well xD
In my opinion, if you can fight with hand to hand in a serious fight like how nw has, then you will have a fun fight. I think it's a mental thing like yeah, either of us could do something insanely cheap and make things very difficult, what keeps things cool is that, that doesn't happen and you get fun and epic matches. I mean, wtf kind of a fight would it be if this stuff happened


opponent 1: Making a fist with my right hand I pivot my body to the left whilst bending knees slightly as I thrust my right arm outwards, turning my waist slightly to the left as well, I extend my arm quickly and with great force in the direction of your stomach, punching you in the stomach, knocking the air from your lungs due to the impact forcing your diaphragm to expel air, leaving you dazed for a few seconds as you attempt to regain oxygen. As you lean over from the force of impact, I use the seconds of which you are dazed to perform [insert combo]


Opponent 2: Sees you making a fist with your right hand and anticipates a punch from it. As you go to extend your arm towards me, I use Nagashi/any handsealess elemental jutsu that has nothing to do with Taijutsu, interrupts your whole move from just your punch.

Not a fun one.

Actually, in that situation, lightning would crackle around your opponent, but would be fail to block your punch. The full release of Nagashi would thus be interrupted as per the sudden pain in their chest, allowing you to easily deliver the second punch. In most situations, including Nagashi, taijutsu is faster than Elemental Ninjutsu. And since it's a normal misconception, it allows for Taijutsu players to blind-spot their opponents.

Also with the new rules, if you're a lightning specilist you dont even get paralysed just numbing, so you could easily follow through with taijutsu if the opponent used nagashi ^^
