Arrancar > Attack Humans and become stronger. The more humans you devour, the stronger you become and the more the mask cracks. Become even stronger from attacking Quincies
Shinigami> Kill hollows and Arrancar and protect the humans. The more you fight, the more in sync you become with your zanpaktou, and new abilities come about.
Quincy> Purge the "unholy" and "evil" shinigami from the world. Enslave the strong hollows/arrancars for war. Kill the weak ones.

Note: Quincies, Arrancars, and Shinigamis have access to all of their techniques, such as Arrancar can release cero's, bala, hierro etc. Shinigami have Zanjutsu, Hakuda and Kido. Quincy have Heilig Pfeil, Blut, etc. The strength of these individual technique depend on how long you have been fighting, with each fight/human consumed you gain power, with the exception of Quincy. Their strength depends on the area they fight at, fighting in hueco mudo or soul society would make them stronger as opposed to the human world.
Also, Hirenkyaku, Shunpo and Sonido, currently, all have the same speed in base form and can be tracked by the average person/thing through spirit sensing. When entering modes/stages, these can vary, or based on status, such as being the head of covert ops/fastest espada.
