[Suggestion] [RP] Add 2 Sharingan techs

The straight tomoe of his Mangekyō Sharingan grant him fluidity in his movements when fighting.

In the anime, it is shown that with advanced enough prowess, via eye contact, the user can even enter the target's mind to look through their memories.

Suggestion:
Could the RP mods add a new extra Gen/Technique for the Uchiha KG? While also a passive for the straight tomoe MS if the user's are granted that permission (a extra perk that has to be attain via through some extra testing or something). I didn't go into much detail as I prefer to answer questions.

Reading their memories was discuss before and LOK said it was restricted to roleplay only. You cannot do it in battle.

Aside from being the Sharingan knockoff, it infringes on the Blood CE.

Where did you find this claim from? And as Zuras said, fluidity in movement is more something you just describe as your battle. I don't really know how you plan to augment the way Uchiha Bio users fight more capably than they can on any other ordinary bio.

For the second one, it can be used for RP purposes only. If you wanna use it in Battle, there is a Genjutsu you can use already that is dependent on rank

The debate over that CE has been going on for years. Most member wants that CE available for active members. The RP Heads have yet to make a decision about it.

Note, "enter the target's mind to look through their memories." not read them rather see their memories. The anime showed exactly that as Sasuke didn't ask the unconscious victim, rather simply opened their eyes to allow him to peek into their mind. I don't think there's a jutsu for that.

Decision was made years ago and never changed, previously approved CEs won’t ever be redistributed to other members without the original member's consent.

I feel that yes thats fair in a general sense, however its not viable to keep the rp growing and if you ask me thats more important than some random old inactive members that might come back for one day then leave again. You always need to keep moving and changing to be successful, ask anyone who is and that is the golden rule that they'll teach first. Even in the eyes of the modern american law you have to keep renewing things you patent, why cant we have that? I propose we have a renewal patent system to be implemented into the rp.

Every 1 or so months members have to submit a renewal patent submission to a thread that requires checking. This way the rp can keep growing and keep delivering on brand new yet unique ideas on already previously made subjects and others wont feel cheated at that point because it would be their fault not ours.

Ideally, i'd say for canon sake it is worth ripping someone of their custom. Its naruto, were a naruto website, the show grows as we also grow so it would be quite silly to say no to adding new canon features all because a 2009 member made something ironically similar without the knowledge of it becoming canon later on into the show.

Because laws that are applicable in American society/civil structure don’t necessarily transition well to a forum based RP game lol. The one case I’d agree would be in regards to elements like Lava or Mud, which specifically reference canon elements as proof of their conception. However in regards to something like, say, Amber Release, the basis for stripping it away from its original creator because of their inactivity is hardly fair or right. Especially considering the amount of time and energy some of these people have dedicated to this website. Essentially what you’re suggesting is akin to stripping a book from a long dead author because they’re too dead to renew their copyright claim, and giving authorship credits to someone new.
