Description: These two swords are made of a special metal that is very durable and that can be infused with lightning chakra. When infused, the swords are covered in an aura of whitish-yellow lightning and can easily cut through ordinary metal and A-rank and below earth techniques. Being cut causes numbing in the general area. They can absorb up to B-rank lightning attacks twice per battle. The user can also swing the swords and launch a B-rank shockwave at the opponent.
-Shockwave can only be used 3 times per battle.
-Can stay infused for up to 3 turns before having to recharge them 2 turns later. This counts as a move.

Background Info.
History:
Roy Satoru was born in Konoha and raised by his mother and father, who was a jonin. Roy's parents believed that going to the ninja academy would be a good experience for him since he spends his time slacking off. With much objection from Roy, he eventually was forced to go. His father was away on missions a lot, but when he was home he would tutor Roy in ninja techniques and help him practice. He learns quickly so he easily graduated later on and became a genin at age 12. Soon after, Orochimaru attacked Konoha and during this, Roy realized the true responsibility of a ninja as he protected his mother while his father was fighting off the invaders elsewhere. When it was over, another ninja gave Roy and his mother the news that his father was killed fighting one of Orochimaru's giant snakes. A year later, Roy became a chunin and was more talented than most of his peers but he wasn't satisfied. He decided to find someone who can teach him more advanced techniques so he could get stronger and be able to protect the village when he's needed. About 2 1/2 years after that, Pain attacked the village and by now Roy has improved considerably and helped fight the attackers, but no matter how many he killed (the absorbing one, the soul taking one, and the mechanical one), they would only appear again later. When they seemed to retreat, the village was suddenly devastated without warning. Luckily a nearby Katsuyu protected him. Roy’s first thought was to find his mother. He asked Katsuyu where she was and was relived to know she was safe. Roy had no energy left to fight after seeing the village in that state. After Pain was defeated, Roy spent his time helping rebuild the village and sharpening his skills.
